Congratulations to the Hong Kong Cricket Team on their big win at the All China Games in Shanghai! 🏆 It was an honor to be part of the team’s sports therapist and help them prepare for and recover from this important tournament. My role was to provide treatment, pre-game warmups, and post-game recovery sessions to ensure the players were in peak physical condition. The team’s commitment, teamwork, and mental toughness were truly inspiring to witness. I’m so proud of everything they’ve accomplished, and there are even greater feats ahead. Bring on the next competition! 🇭🇰

Congratulations to Qilin who came out on top of their annual Sunday Challenge League derby game against Xuanwu. Anchored by a skipper’s unbeaten 52 from Jonathan Tang and support from Damen Holmes and Henry Pau, Qilin closed their innings on 158-3 from their 20 overs. In reply, Xuanwu started watchfully with Qilin’s openers Teddy Tong (1-12) and Mike Chung (2-24) making life difficult for batters. Jeremy Thompson, Kingsley Kelly and skipper Chi Lee added some late innings impetus but in the end they closed their innings out on 113-5. Well done to Xuanwu’s Gary See who was awarded Player of the Match for taking his first league wicket and also taking his first catch. A great day out for community cricket! 🐲🏏🐢🇭🇰 @hkcricket @mccofficial @adylee @__lajones @kirah.ambroziak @utmi @martinnzbt3 @david.varley.54 @tom.miles19 #cricket #hkcricket #qilin #xuanwu #growthegame #communitycricket #hkproud
