This one’s a labor of love. In every inch the space occupies, we will transmit our frequencies and graze our hands through new light. Very excited to be welcomed to another new space and imagine a playground for your nightly activities of bloom.

See you tomorrow.

Following Oasis.fm, we present Symbiosis, a reflection on interdependencies. We’re transforming an artist-run loft space in Bed-Stuy to gather as individual parts in a shared ecosystem.

Come as you are to participate in an evening of experiments and presence. This night will be centered around tactile installations and an immersive dance floor.

Only Skylights ⭐️🌟🐏🦌 My second time sharing an evening-length work, and my heart feels wide open.

In times like these, we have to keep making things. Keep gathering. Keep imagining softer worlds.
This piece brought me back to whimsy and wonder- to tenderness, to play, to the quiet magic of being together. I hope you feel it too. There is comfort here. There is safety. There is so much good to go around. I can’t wait to share this warmth with you.

A really special part of making Only Skylights has been working with Liz and Teddy. Liz made the unbelievable headpieces and the drawings on slide 2 + 7. Teddy is making animations/projections and drew the wish scenarios above.

They both were instrumental in the conceptual flushing out of the work, and getting to talk with them about the world I want to build is something I don’t take for granted. To have people that will walk with you through your dreaming process and want to see it come to fruition is a gift.

I am particularly excited for you to see how all of these elements come together and make Only Skylights the shared invocation and living ritual that it is. 🐏🦌🧸⭐️🎂🪽

See you on Saturday March 7th at Arts on Site!! 3+7pm
