30 Years, it’s crazy I feel so old and young at the same time.

It’s crazy that spent my entire 20’s with the love of my life @teddygraham97 and now the 2 of us have become 3. I’m so happy to have such a wonderful and cute little daughter and beautiful caring wife. I can’t wait for all our adventures. Here’s to another year, I keep hearing that the 30’s are a lot of people’s favorites and that’s just what I’ll find out now.

Yesterday was my birthday, which is cool and all, but do you SEE THE PRINCESS HAT @stephaniemakescostumes MADE? Are you kidding me? 💜🎂✨
That being said, I’m filled with SO much love and happiness. Truly. I had the biggest smile on my face all day, and everything just felt so… clear. Last year was, to be blunt, one of the worst years of my life. For the last 5 months of 2026, I’ve spent it trying to heal, grow, and repair. Yesterday felt like the biggest reminder that if people want to, they will. When you find people that love you, they will love you hard. I’m surrounded by such caring, goofy, and thoughtful people; as individuals, they inspire me every day. I will cherish yesterday for a long, long time. 🤍

(Also, seeing Florence and The Machine was insane!!!! I can’t believe she came to Portland on my bday. what are the odds)

What makes 2016 the best year of my life, it’s the year I met the love of my life, my wife, the most amazing person I’ve ever met and who I’m so thankful everyday to be apart of her life. A decade ago we met online. She flew to Florida to meet me and we spent 2 weeks together, a month apart and then I flew out to Oregon and we’ve been together ever since. 11/11/2016 we started dating. 11/11/2022 we got married and every day I’m thankful to have her as my wife, my partner, my baby mama, my bestfriend. So thank you 2016 for everything that you were!
