Sunday morning at Southside hits different. 🌊

A huge thank you to everyone who chose to start their Sunday with us, and to @southsidesummerfest for providing us the beautiful venue at The Murray House.

🙌This is what we're growing here: a space where we run together, breathe together, and eat together — at whatever pace feels right for you.

Breakfast Club 4.0 is already in the works, and we'd love to see you there. New faces always welcome. Next event, same open arms. 🔥

Breakfast Club took over Southside of Hong Kong 🥞☀️

What a beautiful morning well spent with old and new friends! The running route was not only flat, but up & down from Deep Water Bay to Stanley. Our heart rates were high but efforts & energy conquered.

Landing right in Murray House for dynamic stretches & calming our nervous system. And of course, a big well-deserved breakfast 🤤 promise we will snap the food next time, we were HUNGRY!

Thank you all who joined us on this wholesome morning with energy shared.

How’s your Sunday morning going? ✨

We had a blissful 6km morning run in literally perfect weather, followed by a yoga sesh and breakfast together. Rain or shine, it’s always the people and the lovely energy they bring that make these mornings so special.

If you’re interested in joining our next event, let us know — we’d love to have you with us.

One of my favorite moments was watching stars after dinner with @cheukyingdadaw and @mandydy. By the pool, Ada told me only stars sparkle and planets don’t.

Taking the time to gather my feelings into words, I think we might just be as tiny as the stars in the faraway sky, but we do sparkle amidst this big vast space and I trust that there is enough room to let everyone shine, so afraid not - we shall take up the space and radiate in and out! 💪🏻✨

Loved the days and nights at this beautiful resort @revivo_wellness_resorts, morning and evening practices, poolside chats, cold plunge battle and each connection made and deepened. 💛

To my first retreat with you guys, with @yogajourney.hk and many more to come. Lastly, to us being stars sparkling brightly on this very planet! 💛

P.S. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE LAST PHOTO 🤪
