January.....

This was one of my favorite highlights of, January.

I had been invited again to participate at the @gainsfitretreats in AZ. I was so EXCITED 😊. I had so much fun last year and was looking forward to this year. Due to unexpected circumstances I couldn't participate.

But the most AMAZING thing happened, the group I was part of was able to do the song I had selected to perform. I was so taken back at the thoughtfulness and kindness from my group, "Yellow Brick Divas." 💛 They killed it!!

Practicing my song with my class at the. Optum Community Center at Goodyear, will be a forever great memory I will cherish.

Thank you, Jeff, for reaching out and inviting me to participate at, Gains Fit. I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Candice, for inviting me to participate again this year and for more to come.

Thank you, "Yellow Brick Divas", 💛, Carmen, Teevie, and Jessika, for including me in your performance much RESPECT 🙏🏾 and APPRECIATION.
