September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month-a time to raise awareness, promote hope, normalize help-seeking, and strengthen the connections that support mental well-being. Suicide is preventable, and communities have an important role in making sure people know they are not alone.

This year, we’re bringing that message to life through MOVE TOGETHER. CONNECT TOGETHER. HEAL TOGETHER!

In recognition of National Dance Day, we’re creating space for movement, connection, community resources, and joy. Our HIFI Room will feature five incredible fitness instructors bringing five different ways to move:
