Come and paint with me in the beautiful Kimberly. I’ve partnered up with Nicola Garcia @temple__lane for the Flow retreat- a 3 night escape to eco beach 13-16 May 2027. Yoga and painting classes, peace and quiet, an escape to rest and feed your soul. Painting and yoga are both flow-state activities, when you lose yourself in the moment, engrossed in what you are doing, time falls away. In my view the ultimate state of relaxation.
Treat yourself!
Early bird prices for now. Link in my bio.

What would your wish be?
Not the sensible one.
Not the one you think you should want.

The honest one.

Your desire isn’t random.
It’s information.
And it’s always pointing you home.

What does a wellness studio owner actually do to stay well? 🌞

Today we’re chatting to gorgeous local biz owner Nicola Garcia, founder of @temple__lane in Shenton Park, to spill her real-life daily routine, and it’s everything we hoped for (and then some!):

🍵 Community herbal tea connections post yoga
🃏 Guidance with oracle cards
💨 Breathwork before emails
🧘‍♀️ A mix of intuitive movement, meditation & non-negotiable solo time
🌀 Plus — what she does when the wellness wheels fall off

It’s grounded, gorgeous, and a peek behind the curtain of a life devoted to healing others (while remembering to care for herself too).

The only work we have to do is on ourselves. That’s it.

When you change yourself, your patterns, behaviours, mindset - your life cannot stay the same. Your relationships cannot stay the same.

When you work on yourself in a self compassionate way - you bring yourself peace.

More moving inspiration from the amazing Nicola Garcia of @temple__lane 💓

Nicola is a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Reiki Master and Rapid Transformational Therapist. She is the wonderful creator-owner-operator behind the beautiful and blissful Temple Lane; Perth’s newest, warmest and most embracing wellness space.

Nicola is no stranger to post-traumatic growth and transformation. After birthing her beautiful daughter Sophia in 2010, who was born sleeping at 32 weeks gestation, Nicola has grown and awakened and rebuilt her life through her grieving, using tools meditation and yoga.

Some of the biggest personal leaps Nicola shares with us vulnerably, towards what is now joyful, peaceful and free living, include overcoming self-doubt, fear and overthinking.

Since stepping into her power and along her own journey, guiding and supporting others through self-development and healing have become Nicola’s passions. Her love, skill and trust for this work emanate right from her very core.

Nicola speaks to us about her self-discovery through presence. She encourages us to open ourselves to the power of self-reflection; the real and honest kind that can guide and fuel our approaches to intentional and joyful living.

“The more trust in the Universe, the more trust in myself; and the body-mind connection just got stronger and stronger and stronger until now, that’s what I live through”

Tune in to hear her story 🎧💕
