Wow - was I impressed with these! When they say discreet, they aren’t lying… they may be thin, but definitely long lasting and leak safe! Whilst these may be discreet, your smile doesn’t have to be!

@ocadouk is putting its support behind ‘Know the sign. Look for the MTick’ this October and beyond.

We know that most women can only name 3-5 signs of menopause and 6 in 10 women aren’t connecting their signs to menopause. Ocado has responded by refreshing its menopause-friendly online aisle, making it easier to find the right support and navigate the journey. So, what’s new? ⬇️

✔️ A newly updated banner making our ‘Know the sign. Look for the MTick’ campaign more visible
✔️ Sign-led headers with relevant products under each one, so you can shop by sign
✔️ An educational piece covering our partnership, what the MTick is, and the 48 recognised signs of menopause
There are now 300 MTick-certified products in Ocado’s menopause category, meaning each one has met our strict criteria, including clinical and scientific evidence that it can support one or more of the 48 signs.

To celebrate World Menopause Awareness Month, our CEO and Co-Founder, @heatherjackson_01, joined and spoke at an event with Ocado, alongside inspirational women from the women’s health and menopause space. Every detail was designed with this life stage in mind, from MTick-certified products on display and in goody bags to a menu created with Dr Hazel Wallace for menopausal dietary needs.

Thank you to the Ocado team for making menopause support more visible, accessible and inclusive, this month and beyond, as together with our GenM Collective we make support for the 15 million menopausal women in the UK year-round.

Know the sign. Look for the MTick.

Leaking when running is common, but the reason it happens can be different for every individual.

A pelvic floor assessment is a great place to start, especially if you’re unsure what is causing your leaks

Products like compression garments, leakproof underwear, incontinence pads, urethral support products can be helpful while you work on the bigger picture.

They can offer confidence and support in the short term — but they’re not a replacement for understanding why leaking is happening.

These are not endorsements or sponsored recommendations. They’re just examples that may be worth exploring.

Talk to your pelvic health physio, OBGYN or GP to help you find the right combination of pelvic floor rehab, running modifications, and support options for you.

Save this for your next run or share it with a runner who needs to know there are options 🫶🏼🏃🏽‍♀️

❗️Incontinence is not embarrassing❗️it’s just a medical fact of life.

Incontinence is so common, and seeing @ashleylouisejames’ recent post about incontinence after childbirth made me realise that we just don’t talk about this subject enough.

I’m 28 years old and I’ve never had children, but I do have multiple sclerosis, which has resulted in brain damage. Incontinence is one of the things I struggle with the most. I just wanted to post this little reminder that, no matter how old or young you are, incontinence is nothing to be embarrassed about. We have absolutely no control over it, and the shame we’ve attached to it over the years has caused us to hide it to the point where we think we’re the only ones going through it. In reality, so many people are dealing with it.

I filmed this at my last full-body MRI scan because I wasn’t sure whether the incontinence pads would interfere with the machine, so I found myself shouting that question through the changing-room door.

Afterwards, I felt slightly ashamed because I was thinking, “Oh my God, who heard me ask that question?” But, in hindsight, there’s no reason to hide the fact that I’m incontinent.

The way my bladder functions doesn’t affect how I love, how I’m there for the people I care about, the values I live by or the dreams I have for my future. I’m entitled to everything I was entitled to before I became incontinent, and I challenge you to question why you feel shame about it.

Be kind to yourselves and push back when society makes you feel like parts of you are too ugly or uncomfortable to be honest about, to the point that you feel that you have to hide them. You’ve been that b, still that b and will forever be that b. Right, @theestallion?
