How does it feel to be moved by music. It’s different then moving to the music. At TrancenDance we will explore techniques that help us drop the facade of how we look moving to music and surrender to how the music wants to move through us.

Give a warm welcome to this year’s live painters, gallery artists, stage performers, and full lineup of workshop offerings. These creatives and experiences help shape the energy of Shady Rest, adding layers of connection, inspiration, and expression throughout the weekend.

We’ll be sharing more details soon about each workshop and the amazing humans behind them. For now, get a glimpse of what’s in store. This is the heartbeat of something truly special.

Client video testimonial – I helped @tendri.l naturally heal symptoms with the gut, bloating, tiredness, PCOS, cycle cramps, PMS, rashes, eczema, headaches.

@tendri.l wanted to heal these symptoms to be able to help other people, reach her goals with her career, consistency, not having to rely on unnatural things for energy, to be the best that she could be mentally and physically.

What I did with Nicole was help her customize nutrient intake for a diet that she loves. dietary nutrients that create 100% of the physical body and the organs attributed to the symptoms that she has. We also looked into lifestyle factors including movement routines, sleep, toxin exposure, stress management.

The reason that such a variety of symptoms are going away in the many video testimonials that I share is because we are addressing the root cause foundations that can create multiple symptoms.

I want to share my deep gratitude to Nicole for courageously sharing her story and inspiring others to know that they can also learn the tools to be healthy without chronic disease 🔥💪

Hey friends ✨ several announcements! I dropped a 2-track banger EP with my friends @anewbusss & @pyramidlordofficial entitled "Into The Thicket" 🔊 Slide to the second photo in this post for the incredible album art by the one and only @madagast.arts 🎨

Next, i am stoked to announce my forthcoming performance at @shadyrestcampout (Oregon Country Fair) this July! @objectivecollective just curated and dropped the lineup today (third photo), and it is great! I always love a well-rounded festival with bands and the weird electronic music that I love.

Last, but surely not least, is a reminder announcement about my upcoming set at @ohm.ontherange which is also happening this July! (fourth photo)

The first photo is of @tendri.l and I at @rendezvoussuwannee 🔥 we had an epic time!
