POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve been a little MIA. When your livelihood is literally falling apart, it can be difficult to function—let alone keep up with everyone’s messages.

But through all of this, one thing has been very clear: we have some truly amazing clients who have our backs. Even when we—okay, I, not Sonia 😂—have been terrible about responding.

And a special thank you to Teri for updating me this morning on the progress of my own salon. 😂 Apparently, my clients are now keeping me informed!

But finally… there is light at the end of the tunnel. Things are moving forward, and after months of uncertainty, that feels incredibly good to say.

Thank you for your patience, your messages, your support, and for sticking with us through this crazy chapter. ❤️

Nothing brings me more joy in my work than raising up new instructors. 💙
Seeing that light bulb moment 💡, joining forces with passionate professionals, and being reminded that I am not alone in this industry is everything.

What an incredible day of education with the S’WET Silver Instructor Training crew!

Huge thank you to the YMCA of the North Shore for continuing to be such an amazing host and for providing so much for their community and members.

I cannot wait to see the waves these pros are about to make across New England 🌊
WELCOME TO THE SQUAD!!! 💪🔥

Just a few of the stunning photos from our photo shoot last week. @taramorris you are the best! This woman shows up with all of herself every time I see her. Whether it’s as a photographer, yoga teacher, or friend. She’s the real deal.
.
And check out our teachers and students. We have the most incredible crew here! Thank you!!!

We all need a good stretch (on a regular basis!) and I’d much rather have a pro help me get a really deep stretch than try to do it myself. Big difference!

The new @stretchlabvinninsquare is celebrating its grand opening this weekend and anyone who is interested can book a free 15-min stretch starting today through Sunday, 5/22. Just call the studio! All first-time visitors get a 50-min session for $50, BTW.

{I sound like a news reporter, I know. 🤣 This is not sponsored.}. Many thanks to StretchLab Swampscott (and N. Reading!) co-owner @peacelovefoodjtnutritionrd for having me in.
