From coffee buzz to slow flow 🧘✨

@terrasolsanctuary, 507 Castle St. in Wilmington's Castle Street Arts District, is not your average studio. It's a sanctuary in the truest sense.

This little wooden church opened in 1877 as Primitive Baptist Church, became St. Jude's Metropolitan Community Church in 1992, spent a spell as an antique shop, and has been a yoga sanctuary since August 2016. The founders barely changed a thing, just cubbies and fans, so you still get the creaky wood floors, the tall arched windows, the stained glass, and those big red doors.

Terra sol = earth + sun, and it feels like it: light pouring in, singing bowls and a gong waiting at the front, and a room that makes slowing down feel easy.

Slow Flow this morning was the perfect reset. kellyinnc, thank you for the morning magic. Now we're ready for The Hip Abduction tonight at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater.

My heart is feeling SO full after yesterday’s breathwork session 🥹🤍

To everyone who joined me at Terra Sol yesterday- THANK YOU!!!

Thank you for showing up, trusting me, and giving yourself the time to slow down and breathe through whatever needed a little love.

I feel so incredibly grateful that I get to do this work and connect with such beautiful humans. Building this local community means more to me than you know🫶🏻

And speaking of bringing people together… I have some really special opportunities to connect coming up!!! ✨

🌙 Dear 2027: A Manifestation & Intention-Setting Workshop 🌙

We’re getting together to celebrate how far we’ve come, reflect on everything 2026 taught us, dream BIG about what’s possible, and get really intentional about the year ahead✨

Through guided journaling, meditation, meaningful conversations, and intentional planning, we’ll explore what matters most to us, what we’re ready to welcome into our lives, and how we can start turning those big dreams into reality.

Here’s to more connection, more intentional living, and making 2027 a year worth writing about. ✨🤍

✨ Two opportunities to join me!

REIKI LEVEL 3: MASTER LEVEL ✨
Deepen Your Practice. Expand Your Capacity. Step Into Mastery.

November 7th & 8th
Terra Sol Sanctuary in Wilmington, NC

If you’ve completed Reiki Levels I & II and feel called to go deeper, Reiki Level 3 is an invitation to expand beyond simply practicing Reiki and begin embodying the deeper consciousness, intention, and spiritual awareness of a Reiki Master.

As you deepen your relationship with Reiki, you’ll explore working more intentionally from the higher Self and spiritual plane, while expanding your ability to facilitate healing for yourself, individuals, and groups.

Reiki Mastery isn’t simply about learning additional techniques.
It is about deepening your relationship with the energy, strengthening your connection to your intuition and higher Self, and becoming more conscious of the way you hold space for healing.

If Reiki has already changed the way you experience yourself and the world around you, Level 3 may be the next doorway.
