Push-ups, weighted miles, the Alpharetta Farmers Market, a little shopping, real conversations, TikToks, and plenty of laughs. Just another Saturday making fitness fun with the Sweat Sisters. 🤍

2020 brought so much uncertainty, Who knew where we would be today. Tyson was chosen to do his class graduation speech - Virtually while Coach Sharper and Coach Keisha refused to end the school year without giving their @healthyyouthusa 5th graders a celebration.. Drive-by home graduations it was!! and 6 years later we are celebrating again…Congrats to all the Covid 5th graders!! You guys are truly special. #covidgraduation #classof2027 #healthyyouthusa #afterschoolclub
