Did you know your body remembers what your mind tries to forget?

Our fascia—the web-like connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, bone, and organ—does more than just support physical structure. It *feels*. It holds onto stress, trauma, and emotional tension that we often don’t even realize we’re carrying.

Emotions don’t just live in the mind. When we go through pain, stress, or trauma, and don’t fully process it, that energy can get trapped in the body—especially in the fascia. Over time, this can lead to chronic tension, stiffness, fatigue, or even pain with no clear physical cause. It’s your body’s way of asking for attention, for release. And it talks to your nervous system.

That’s where massage/ buccal/ facials comes in

Massage isn’t just about “relaxing the muscles.” Skilled touch works through the layers of fascia, gently helping to unwind these deeply held patterns. As the fascia loosens, it’s not uncommon for clients to feel unexpected waves of emotion—relief, sadness, laughter, or a deep sense of calm—as the body finally lets go of what it’s been holding.

You might walk into a massage feeling physically tight, and walk out feeling lighter—emotionally and spiritually. That’s the power of holistic healing. Your body deserves that kind of care.

💆‍♀️ So if you’ve been feeling “off” but can’t quite explain why, listen to your body. A massage might be the release you didn’t know you needed.

Right now you can book with Tessa and Mel for $89 for a 60 min massage (women only please) and start that release of stress you didn’t know. ❤️

We have classes to suit everyone! I’m running a special from my opening weekend… $32.50 PER WEEK For UNLIMITED CLASSES!

What do we offer?

🧘Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that involves performing yoga poses while seated or using a chair for support. It’s a modified version of traditional yoga, which can be challenging for people with limited mobility, injuries, or older people

🧘Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga that primarily focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques, aiming to balance vital energy in the body by combining physical practice with breath control, often involving slower, more static holds compared to faster-paced yoga styles; the word “hatha” in Sanskrit translates to “force,” signifying the effort involved in aligning the body and mind through these practices

🧘Iyengar Yoga Emphasis on technique and alignment. Great for those wanting to ensure poses are performed safely and correctly. Use of props encouraged and utilised aiding those with physical limitations, the elderly and beginners. Sequences designed for specific effects (ie. a class may have a specific focus such as lengthening back body, increasing strength and flexibility in hips, hormonal balance, reducing stress etc. Poses are held for 30seconds to a minute so the student can really experience the stillness of the pose and discover/correct the imbalances within their body.

🧘Vinyasa yoga, often called “flow” yoga, is a dynamic style of yoga where postures are seamlessly linked together through movement coordinated with breath, creating a flowing sequence of poses rather than holding each pose for a long time; essentially, the breath guides the movement throughout the practice, making it a more fluid and energetic experience compared to other yoga styles.

🧘Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga that involves holding poses for extended periods of time to stretch the body’s connective tissues. It’s a passive practice that’s meant to help you relax and tune into your body and mind.
