Last month felt like a dream. I loved bringing this menu to life with you @dinnerpartybk

Thank you to all my incredible colleagues and collaborators for making this so special especially through @nycrestaurantweek . Big shoutout to my honorary Filipino sisters @foodbebo for going full! research & food styling mode, @tessyummies for THE BEST Banana Pudding I've ever had, & @_bbunn for diligently creating a Sourdough Pandesal recipe the world truly was not ready for. @camillemjetta, @foodbebo, @kidsizeburrito love y'all for supporting mine and the team's visions.

Thank you @minhanhnguyenn for your fabulous work on the photos!

If the @onlyny reusable tote bag didn’t leave us to ponder Ursula k. Le Guin’s carrier bag theory of fiction, then I don’t know what will. But for real this tote became THE swag bag for all the goodies that we were SO generously gifted for our staff retreat :’-)

Our front and back of house work really hard everyday to make Dinner Party the magical place that it is and we were in desperate need of a little TLC from our fan favorite brands SO THANK YOU!!!!

@onlyny @bjornqorn @gotham.ny @peregnatural @jacobsensaltco @enzos.table @burlapandbarrel @flybyjing @drinkdona @fishwife @icelandicprovisions @unreal.snacks @wearesomethingandnothing @brooklyncured @lacabrabakery @trynowadays

Endless gratitude for our in house social media moguls @lesbianfoodaccount & @foodjars for making this happen!! And our manager squad for being dream swag bag shoppers as per slide 2 😉

How does one begin to express the euphoriagratitudecorememoryformation that follows spending time in a beautiful home in the woods with your coworkers turned besties?

I’m not entirely sure so I’m starting by looking through these legendary pictures of our incredible staff in the sun, rain, snow, trees, grass, lake, everything 💌

Thank you so much for hosting us @lavalleyestatesny
