Our tavern has miraculously begun its transformation into a French/English seaside inn… that procures its sausage all the way from @themeathook in Brooklyn … how curious🧐

We have the fabulous stylings of @tessyummies on this menu 🍻 Her post birthday glow will manifest as the worlds most luscious chocolate terrine with a light bay leaf cream, tart and sweet poached quince, rich and toasty walnuts & cocoa nibs.

The headline of this menu is Dinner Party’s first 🏆Bangers and Mash 🏆 cheesy aligot sitting below a well seasoned sausage, brightened with a green peppercorn relish

It’s preceded by a herbaceous, zingy and bitter mixed greens salad, with juicy citrus, crispy shallots and caramelized sweetness in the form of a fish sauce vinaigrette…

I could keep describing but it’s best you try it for yourself 😉

Oona made date cake! Teenie made cardamom caramel! I made labne whip and pistachio smbc and used like a billion different piping tips! Teenie raided the walk-in for elderberries, husk cherries, and kiwi berries! For our one and only miss Julie 🌀❣️🌀 by @tessyummies

Had a fever dream where I made big coconut cakes that looked like snow for the rhodora block party that wasn’t on the block but actually at the ice skating rink… awesome!🥥🧊
