POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every single one of us has a reason why we keep showing up. Why we grin and bear through the tough days, honor our bodies on the rest days, and still find joy in it all.

For Flow Formulas ambassador @texandad , that reason goes far beyond performance. What started as a decision to change his health became a lifelong commitment to becoming a better husband, father, and athlete.

Movement has given him so much, including perspective, purpose, and reminders. His story is continued proof that success isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency and preparation.

This is his “Why I Move.”

This weekend, we launched our 2025 Before5am 4th Quarter Kickoff to help support you and your family heading into the final 90 days of the year.

This year, I feel it’s become even more important to get our essential life tools and life support programs to you and your loved ones and people in your community.

Right now, people are struggling to keep their lives together, their relationships together, to keep a roof over their head and to hold a decent job down. It’s been a tough year on many of you and as we come into the more chaotic time of the year a lot of people are going to fall by the wayside and really feel their very personal challenges.

This year, I’ve put together a 9 day program that you and your family and workmates can access for free that will help anyone you know including yourself to just get back in control of your life and get back to the basics and fundamentals that allow you to build your life.

I want each and every one of you to be prepared for the final 90 days of the year and to build back some good structure, some good values and get back to the basics that allow you to operate your life more easily and essentially do what is good and right.

As Before5am Life Builders and Volunteers I want you to get out there and start sharing every lesson, every worksheet, every tool over the next 9 days or so and get those life saving resources to anyone and everyone you know.

You never know how you could help change someone’s situation or help them through a tough period - so, please share those free resources while we are actively running This Year’s 4th Quarter Kickoff Program.

You can make a difference right now.

Alright, that is my weekly address all wrapped up! Now, it’s time to shine the light on our very own Before5am Community from around the world:

@texandad
@lecoshendurance
@howcatrolls
@myescuelita
@lukefwilliford
@toni_harrower_painting
@coachhoward_22

Go out there and have a great week and let’s all get ready to finish off the year in the strongest and most constructive way!

Your friend,

Joe Duncan

Reassure yourself - that you can handle your challenges, your problems and the issues you are dealing with.

This week, I want each of you to start backing yourself, believing in yourself and standing up for yourself. Regardless of the mounting and endless challenges that you may be facing.

I know more and more of you are facing tough times. Times that break you. Times that force you to give up. Times that make you feel weak. Times that make you question your own worth and make you feel a deep sense of desperation.

Sometimes, there are no easy solutions and sometimes there is no one or nothing to lean on except your own self belief. Whatever challenges you may be facing - I want you to be the one who stands up for yourself.

Be the one who holds yourself up. Be the one who reassures yourself and everyone around you - that things will work out! Lead with a whole lot of faith and hope. Because sometimes, that’s all we truly ever have to lean on.

Fight to bring Hope back into your life. Fight to be a pillar of light and courage when all you want to do is curl up into a ball and give up. Fight to be a leader that will find a way and will stand strong until that time comes.

Hope is never lost if we just keep reassuring ourselves that we can overcome our darkest moments and if we keep fighting to bring hope and goodness into every area of our lives.

Alright, that’s my message for the week all wrapped up! Now, let’s shine the light on our amazing Before5am Community from around the world:

@texandad
@lecoshendurance
@howcatrolls
@myescuelita
@apontherun
@toni_harrower_painting
@reina76artist

Go out there and have a great week! Face your challenges and keep fighting the good fight - I know that you are going to make it.

Your friend,
Joe Duncan

SOLD! The Johns family bought their first house 8 years ago as a young married couple. Today they sold their house as a family of 5! This little house was the perfect place to start their life and bring their babies home. But now it’s time to say goodbye and get ready to embark upon their next chapter in a bigger home for their 3 precious boys to run around and grow! Congratulations! 🎉

@mattbeaverrealtor & @realtorreneebeaver loved helping their dear friends and are excited for next week!! And how sweet of @tay.tay.johns to make gluten free cookies for Renee as a thank you! We truly have the best clients!!

We appreciate our friends at Team Colberg @capitaltitlefriscostation! Always a great experience! @brittanycolberg

Show up this week - because people around you depend on you and need you now more than ever.

I want you to read this week’s address as a call to action, as a call to change how you operate and a call to serve others.

You have the power to help, to lead and to be a difference maker. You have to believe that you can show up and be a lifeline and a Pillar of Strength to others.

I wouldn’t have invested 10+ years of my life on the ground working with you, building you up and steering you in the right direction if I didn’t believe that you can be Pillar of Strength and a Beacon of Hope to those around you.

You have what it takes to support others and raise others up and find solutions to problems - somewhere along the line we forgot that no matter what, that’s our human duty and it’s what matters the most. That will never change.

Show up this week with an open heart and do whatever you can to be strong, hold yourself up and be the dependable leader I’ve been teaching you to be for years now.

Someone you know needs you right now and I’m glad that you’re going to be there this week - that’s the job and that’s the mission.

Alright, that’s my weekly address all wrapped up! Now, it’s time to shine the light on our very own Before5am Community Leaders, Life Builders and Volunteers from around the world:

@isamarathoner
@ninahansen3358
@lecoshendurance
@texandad
@alex_restoration
@reemie.b
@giftedasr

Go out there Team Before5am and be an example to others. Be the leaders you were born to be and start setting the standard that others aspire to - especially when it comes to serving others, contributing and being difference makers.

Your friend,
Joe Duncan

From @texandad • sRammed again!

Definitely digging the look of this Rival AXS/Eagle AXS Copper Mullet setup, with a 44t Wolftooth chainring up front to add a little extra mashy power on the flats.

Big ups to @just_ch0pper for help on the install.

Now for this rain to clear out so we can give ‘er a proper rip. 🤙🤙🤙
