Boy Howdy, the legs were on one today. Absolutely torched my average and normalized power PRs by over 30 watts today. Also my first gravel race to ever average > 20mph. There were some incredibly fast guys and gals that showed up to play bikes today on the splishy splash left over from our recent snow/ice melt. It feels good to be back...

I honestly don't enjoy discussing politics on social media, but it's time to speak up and be heard. We live in an era where the evidence presents itself in real time right in front of your very eyes. Don't be on the wrong side of history. Lift your voice, cast your vote, and help the marginalized cast their votes as well.

As I countdown to 40, we're going to start doing things a little different around here. Bikes aren't going anywhere, but balanced overall fitness comes first. taken in Texas, USA by @texandad

Every single one of us has a reason why we keep showing up. Why we grin and bear through the tough days, honor our bodies on the rest days, and still find joy in it all.

For Flow Formulas ambassador @texandad , that reason goes far beyond performance. What started as a decision to change his health became a lifelong commitment to becoming a better husband, father, and athlete.

Movement has given him so much, including perspective, purpose, and reminders. His story is continued proof that success isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency and preparation.

This is his “Why I Move.”

Taking a break from bikes today to share an experience that I'll never forget, and I don't think he will either.

As luck would have it, Norway and @erling ended up in DFW for the Round of 32, so how could I not take my guy to see his most favorite player on the planet? Not only did they win, Haaland scored the winning goal with just minutes remaining.

As Dads these are the moments we live for. From the first goal in mini ball to watching the greats play on the world's biggest stage together. I spent 2 hours holding back tears of joy every time I saw a smile on his face.

I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to share this moment with him.

Big shout out to @tay.tay.johns for encouraging me to go.
