Detroit really showed up for this one. 🥂🖤 I pulled up to Women Who Built Shit: Connect, Collaborate, Dominate and walked into a room full of women who are REALLY building — real estate, beauty, entertainment, media, sports, food, fashion and so much more. I came by myself, but I left with new connections, new perspective and even more drive to get deeper in my bag. As a hairstylist, I’m realizing more and more that I’m not JUST a hairstylist. I’m an entrepreneur, a connector, a builder, and I’m figuring out what that next chapter looks like for me. First and foremost, I have to give all glory to God. 🙏🏽 Thank You, Lord, for trusting us with this vision and allowing us to host our very first I AM ONE OF THE ELITES Tax & Entrepreneur Event. None of this would be possible without You. Every opportunity, every connection, every lesson, and every blessing has Your fingerprints all over it. When we started this journey at just 25 years old, we had no prior experience only faith, determination, and a willingness to outwork every obstacle. By the grace of God, we generated $500,000 in our very first year, and this year, by His grace, we’ve surpassed seven figures. 🙌🏽 WE’VE HELPED 4 MENTEES REACH 6 FIGURES. That’s what means the most to me. Because real impact isn’t measured by how many people know your name it’s measured by how many lives are different because you showed up. Over the years we’ve been blessed to: ✨ Help over 800 families through our annual Christmas Toy Drive (now in Year 4) 🚗 Give away two vehicles 🏠 Pay clients’ rent during difficult times 💰 Help families improve their financial situations 📚 Mentor entrepreneurs into business ownership ❤️ And pour back into our community every chance we get. I AM ONE OF THE ELITES. 👑 I’m sitting here with nothing but gratitude. This season reminded me that when you keep God first, stay consistent, and genuinely help people, He’ll continue to open doors you never imagined. We just hosted one of the biggest entrepreneur conferences we’ve ever done. We celebrated winners. We gave people their flowers while they’re still here. We watched 4 people break the six-figure mark in just one tax season, and so many others produced life-changing results in only 90 days by following the blueprint. This year we didn’t give away one car… we gave away TWO. 🚘🚘 Last Christmas, we were blessed to serve over 800 families. ❤️ God has blessed me to create unforgettable memories with my family surprising my wife with a private jet experience, celebrating her with an amazing birthday, another vacation, and a Chanel bag. Watching my kids live a life we once prayed for is a blessing I’ll never take for granted. None of this happens without my wife. Thank you, Africa, for being an incredible wife, mother, business partner, and leader. We built this together, and I’m grateful to walk this journey with you every day. Now, the doors keep opening.
