Thank You All For The Messages And Prayers! I Will Get Back To You Each Individually As I Get Stronger. Thank You To All The Tampa General Hospital Staff And Doctors That Put Up With Me Until 4:30am. I Appreciate You All And Thank You For Everything You Did For Me! I Am Focused On My Healing And Recovery Right Now. I Will Be Okay! And Just So You Know For Those Who Were Asking And Wondering, I Don’t Own My Own Facebook Page Anymore. I Apologize For The Reckless Posting Behavior On My Facebook When I Was In The Hospital. It Was Completely Inappropriate!

A powerful evening of connection, education, and empowerment! 💗

This week’s Empower in Pink event brought together inspiring women to connect, learn, and lift one another up.

We’re so proud of Denise Vander Werf, VP of Enterprise Imaging who is the Executive Sponsor of the Tampa General Hospital Women’s Network, and the work she’s doing alongside the network’s dedicated leaders and members to bring its mission to life.

A special shoutout to Alexa Stinnette, Director of Women’s Imaging, who shared valuable insights on women’s health and breast care in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Empowered women empower women. 💕

Gala season, in full bloom ✨

This week, the team has been deep in preparation for the Tampa General Hospital Gala, 700 guests, 6,000 tulips and a production steadily taking shape behind the scenes.

A glimpse at what comes before the doors open. We can’t wait to share the detail and design of it all this weekend!

This afternoon I visited Corporal Niomi Bruce at @tghcares . Last night, while she was assisting at a crash scene, her patrol vehicle was struck from behind. She was in high spirits, but the damage to her vehicle shows how much worse this could have been.

Corporal Bruce has since been released, and we’re thankful she’s recovering and will soon be back with her HCSO family.

We’re excited to introduce our new upgraded DEXA machine for bone density exams at our Sun City Center location.

This investment reflects our continued commitment to making the patient experience even better, with improved patient comfort, faster exams, and advanced technology.

It’s another way we’re investing in our centers and advancing innovation in outpatient care, so our patients can receive the high-quality experience they deserve.

You said wellness…I heard ice cream🤷‍♂️

It's Wellness Week here at TGH! Nothing like walking into work and being greeted with an ice cream cart. We love our GME and how they support all the residents! @usf.rac @tghcares @dlites.carrollwood
