A-freaking-mazing! After our plans to paddle the Brazos fell through, we pivoted and ended up on our own private island in the middle of Lake Ouachita! #optoutside #thekayakkid #primativecamping #friendshipisthebestship

A perfect weekend of life long friends, laughs, late night chatter, relaxation, couches and Pearl Jam. Life is hectic but to slow down to live and enjoy with those you love is the secret sauce. Ty @todom72 and @tgold42 for the generosity and amazing weekend. Pearl Jam rocks my world. “Oh, I'm a lucky man To count on both hands The ones I love Some folks just have one Yeah, others they got none…” #pearljam #musicallday #vedder #ftworth #livemusic #concert #pj #eddievedder #ten #versus

I stumbled across this image today when trying to find some social media inspiration...searching the right tip to share, the right words to encourage, or an image to make you laugh. And I stopped at this one. It's a profile pic I made for Zoom in April. It made me pause... So I decided to share it. Me. Surrounded by babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Many of those were my earliest clients before Sleep Happy had any footing. The Moms of these babes trusted me. Gave me a chance to support them. Without those women, I would not get to do my job today. Without their leap of faith to reach out to me, a stranger... I wouldn't have the opportunity to listen to the mom in tears on a call yesterday, weighted in guilt, asking if their was hope for her preschooler to ever have confidence in her bedtime routines again. I wouldn't have the opportunity to talk to a mom who literally told me she was suffocating. The trust these mothers give me. The transparency, the openness, the readiness.. Thank you.
