12 years without my Mom, but not a single day goes by where I don’t think of her. Happy birthday in heaven to the woman who gave me everything. I miss her laugh, her hugs, and her guidance every single day.

Loving you always and forever, Mom. 🤍✨

Seeing a sea turtle release is one of the highlights of my summer. Reels are not easy, but I made one of my experience this morning. I hope you like it! by @tgold42

My July Goals:
1. Thanks to @goltl_garage_gym for helping with this.
2., 3., and 4. Any suggestions on podcasts, audiobooks, or local outdoor adventures?
5. I really had to TRY not to work during June, but I'm giving myself permission to do a little bit during July. by @tgold42

Summer is here and I hope to walk often. I've been following these eagles for 4 years now in different locations, all in walking distance from my house. Currently there are 3 babies in that big nest.
Anyone know of an Instagram page dedicated to them?

Finally! I got a tattoo in my mom's handwriting of the word love taken directly from a love letter she wrote me after her initial cancer diagnosis. I read it for the first time after she died. It is one of my most prized possessions and now it will be with me always. ❤️

These photos are from the day I fell in love with Jasmine Crockett—when I heard her speak at a Beto rally at Paul Quinn College back in June 2021.

I’m voting for her in the Texas Democratic primary for U.S. Senate because she’s exactly who I want on my side: a truth-teller and a fighter who is not afraid to speak truth to power.

A lot of the pushback I hear is that her opponent is more “palatable” to Texas voters. Maybe. That’s the game of politics—and I hate it. I don’t want to guess who might win; I want to vote for who I want to win.

I think Jasmine might inspire Texans who haven’t felt seen or prioritized in a long time—maybe not since the days of Ann Richards. Representation matters. Leadership that speaks plainly, honestly, and boldly matters.
