Had the joy of leading a moon-themed yoga class to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Harvest Moon 🌕

Inspired by the Sun Salutations led by @kgeminii_psy, today we practiced Moon Salutations and Half Moon poses. But why isn’t there a Full Moon pose?!

Join us next week for @janapocrnja’s class — find “Satt Yoga at Stanford” on Luma 🔗

And don’t forget to look up at the moon tonight! Pause, reflect, and appreciate the abundance in our lives 🥮

Over the past weeks, @kgeminii_psy and @thaiinla led two beautiful sessions for the Satt Yoga community 🙌

It’s inspiring to see how different teachers, each with their own style and theme, can offer such unique expressions of the same holistic practice.

If you missed @thaiinla’s class last week, you have another chance tomorrow! And @janapocrnja will be teaching next week ✨

Cheers to Chapter 40. ✨

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because this weekend was everything.

To everyone who celebrated with me, flew in, drove in, came from around LA, stopped by for even just a little bit, or sent a text or called… thank you. I felt so incredibly loved, and I don’t have the words to explain how much it meant to me.

I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a new year of life, let alone a new decade, with this many genuine friendships and people who truly care about me. That might be the greatest gift of all.

This weekend was exactly what I needed. So many laughs, so many hugs, so many memories, and so many moments I’ll never forget.

I’m walking into 40 feeling really grateful, excited, and hopeful for what’s ahead. If this weekend was any indication of what this next chapter has in store, I have a feeling it’s going to be a pretty amazing one.

Thank you for making me feel so loved. I love you all so much. Here’s to 40. 🩷

Summer Blessings- Big Santosha Feels

This was the most beautiful summer I’ve experienced since the before time (maybe ever); full of peace, creativity, and blessings falling in my lap.

1. Palm Springs sky, early summer vacation reconnecting with family I don’t see as often as I would like 2. Home and yoga and pretty light 3. June Tarot Salon joy 4. Ganesha rides up front in my new car 5 & 6. Northern Nights serendipity with @coppermoon.art - will never not get facepaint 7. Lovely’s Market joy 8. Solo trip to Nevada City for the Aug full moon (saying goodbye to summer) 9. New Nephew joy (a little Magician) 10. July Tarot Salon healing moon dance

Personally, I’m counting summer as over since the school year has started again. There’s a little grief involved in moving on from this beautiful chapter. I’m a busier, more disciplined version of me, but life remains magical.
