✨ TOMORROW CHANGES EVERYTHING ✨ The official launch of “The Sun Is A Blessing” on August 8! 📖☀️

This project is more than just a book—it is a complete paradigm shifting mind, body, and spirit. Combining neuroscience, somatic regulation, and functional movement +nutrition, it was written to help you rewire your mind, restore your nervous system, and step into true alignment.

Grateful. Living in gratitude is the state I’m in right now. I’ve come such a long way from a girl born in Thailand to sitting across from @realkevinharrington from America’s Number Entrepreneurial TV Show @sharktankabc

SO MANY life changes happening SO FAST. In the past 4 months. I launched my own website design and marketing services to help American entrepreneurs grow their businesses—from their own authentic voice—using true heart-centered communication to attract the right “people”/customers to their businesses. www.wealthywellness.us was my first venture to help healers in all forms: nutritionists, therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, energy healers, masseuses, coaches, etc. to help alleviate pain and sufferings in people’s lives so they’re able to live in love, happiness, grace, and gratitude.

I bought a new Jeep as I have always known and dreamed of owning— it matches my adventurous spirit. I drove across the country from Washington, DC to San Francisco. Now it has over 7k miles on it since I bought it in mid April ✨

I work fully remote from one @apple MacBook Pro. I am grateful everyday that I get to wake up to do BOTH inner work and outer work.

Inner work from healing old wounds, mind & spirit grounding, meditation, prayers, yoga, , and more for internal alignment.

And outer work for the people and community I share.

I am grateful for so many people in my life who get to share this life path and journey with me. For the ones I didn’t include - I’m so sorry I have too many photos and I couldn’t find ours!

Have you ever realized that the people surrounding you are somehow a miracle or an angel who come into your life to share their life experience with you—either small or big/for short or for long/for worse or for the better.

Today is Summer Solstice. The longest day of the year for us living in the US/northern hemisphere. The most light possible for the year is today. Are you living life to the fullest potential everyday or are you unhappy with your life and are held back by past wounds, external world, and its baggage on you? I confess I finally understand what Live Love Laugh means 😂 the best state to be in!💕 taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @thaiinla

Had the joy of leading a moon-themed yoga class to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Harvest Moon 🌕

Inspired by the Sun Salutations led by @kgeminii_psy, today we practiced Moon Salutations and Half Moon poses. But why isn’t there a Full Moon pose?!

Join us next week for @janapocrnja’s class — find “Satt Yoga at Stanford” on Luma 🔗

And don’t forget to look up at the moon tonight! Pause, reflect, and appreciate the abundance in our lives 🥮 taken in Old Union at Stanford University by @thaiinla

If you just gave your life to Jesus…

that’s the best decision you’ll ever make.

Seriously… everything changes from here.

Comment: “I accepted Christ”

I’d love to pray for you 🤍
