CATATAN DINI HARI by Qintari Aninditha

Today marks the completion of a journey I once waited my whole life to begin — and the beginning of a journey I know will never truly end. 🤍

I feel so alive. So content. So deeply grateful.

My body may be asking for rest, but somehow, my soul feels more awake than ever.

A beautiful journey that found me at exactly the right time.

My deepest gratitude to my teachers who guided me through all of this. Thank you bu @nathaliasunaidi and kak @qintariditha for sharing your wisdom, knowledge, and experience. I will carry these lessons with me forever, and I hope I can extend what I’ve received to those who need it most.

And to my fellow brothers and sisters, the beautiful souls who became part of this magical journey — thank you. 🤍

There are nine of us. And today is the 9th.

Maybe it’s simply a coincidence. Or maybe some things carry meaning that only reveals itself when we are ready to see them.

I truly believe God brought you all into my path for a reason. Not by coincidence, but with purpose — to lighten each other’s paths, to hold space for one another, and to remind each other that we never have to walk alone.

And somehow, this day that once carried a different meaning in my life has now shifted into something entirely new.

A turning point.

A new beginning.

A rebirth.

Not of becoming someone else, but of finally unveiling the person I was always meant to be.

Today, I declare this a rebirth of something beautiful that has finally found its meaning.

And with a full heart, I step into this new beginning.

Alhamdulillah, for every lesson, every soul, every twist in the journey, and every beautiful thing that brought me here. 🤍✨

Apa posisi Gelombang Otak Esdaille State?

2. Pengistirahatan Mental Ekstrem: Mempercepat pemulihan tubuh (cellular healing) dan meredakan stres level tinggi.
3. Pembedahan / Prosedur Medis Tanpa Obat Bius: Digunakan dalam kondisi medis darurat atau prosedur gigi tertentu.

Teknik ini saya ajarkan di Training Hipnoterapi Level Advance.

RAESAKA 100%

Raesaka is one of the kindest little soul I know. Sometimes I question myself what I did right in this life to deserve him as my son. I received so many award letters this year (7th so far), but the last slide is the most rewarding for me personally. Thank you, Mas! I love you!

"Today! I made these for you, Mummy and Daddy. Thank you for the BBQ and the trip to the fun house. I love you Mummy and Daddy. Open these for free and read them carefully or not you'll miss a word!!! "

RYUTAKA 100%

#iAmYourFather

I'm sorry, loves. I'm powerless to create a world without war, poverty, carbon, and waste during my time.

I've been quiet on social media lately, not because I'm swamped with work, but because it feels wrong to celebrate Eid when so many families are living in fear and despair. My heart goes out to all those affected by the ongoing atrocities..

To be honest, you guys are the only reasons I'm keeping my sanity among all this chaotic, evil world. Thank you..

But today I saw a cartoon that remind me as a parent it is my job to protect your childhood not only from the meaningless war and the evil oppression, but also from my own negativity..

I might be powerless to ensure the future for our children, but I can at least prepare our children for the future..

So let's have fun as much as we can, learn about the world but most importantly about ourselves, and remember that we love you no matter what..

Thank you @thalisop #raesaka #ryutaka for being my nakama for life!

Challenge Owner Award winner by @mitsuichemicals_ems (Kuala Lumpur)

Audience Award by @jetro.investjapan (our 3rd win after Indonesia and Thailand)

And finally selected as the only Indonesian Company out of 12 Start ups selected by @eria_org for @sushitechtokyo_esg (Tokyo)

Yet the best achievement for us is Ryutaka finally being able to run again yesterday.

Thank you, everyone, for your prayers and love for Ryutaka. The virus seems to be gone without any permanent damage. Alhamdulillah. We are hoping for both of our sons to live a good life surrounded by people who love them, and that includes you. Thank you!

RYUTAKA TURNING 2 - and what January 2026 taught me..

Dear Ryutaka,

Happy belated birthday, my love
January 2026 is a month I will always remember because of you, and what we went through..

Your name is Ryutaka 竜高, which means “rising dragon.” A dragon is not only a symbol of strength, but also of wisdom, protection, and resilience. To elevate means to rise—especially after facing difficulty.

This pass two weeks, you showed me what real strength looks like—not the loud kind, but the quiet, brave kind. Even when your body felt tired and unfamiliar, you kept smiling, you kept trying, and you kept being you. I watched you walk forward again, one small step at a time, and my heart learned a new meaning of YOUR NAME. a meaning of courage.

I finally found the strength to write to you tonight, because tomorrow Papa will be leaving for almost two weeks on a business trip to Kuala Lumpur for the JETRO final pitching and latwr oversee our new facility in Bali. Leaving you, even for a short while, is never easy—especially after everything we’ve been through together this month.

I want you to know something important.Since you were born you really elevated our family just like your name, Papa won 14 awards since we had you. Yet, no matter how many awards Papa may win, no matter how far my work takes me, none of it means anything if I cannot be there to support you. Being your Papa will always be my greatest responsibility and my greatest pride.

Thank you for being a strong boy.
Thank you for your laughter, your voice, your determination, and your gentle heart. Thank you for choosing to keep going, even on the hard days.

You never faced this alone. Mama, Papa and mas Raesaka were always with you—holding you, praying for you, and learning from you. You taught us patience, trust, and what unconditional love truly feels like.

No matter how big you grow, I want you to remember this:
You are deeply loved. You are protected. You are more capable than you know. Let's #makeRyutakaGreatAgain100%

I am so proud of you—today, yesterday, tomorrow , and always.

Happy birthday #Ryutaka.. #IamYourFather
