You want to become a thought leader and start putting yourself out there. You may be in a sales role and want to generate your leads, or you may be in a marketing role and want to create content that aligns with your campaigns. Maybe you’re looking for a new career and are tired of your resume getting thrown into a stack, or maybe you just want your network to start taking you seriously.

I don’t take normal photos, and I don’t think anyone should fit in. So why haven’t you booked a session yet?

Seventy-five people already have; now it’s your turn. Stop saying maybe.

Small business.
Big heart.

That’ll never change.

What has changed, is my client base.

When I first started my business, a piece of advice I heard over and over again, was “be picky about your clients.”

That’s a tough one when you’re doing it all for the first time. You don’t know what you want/need. You want to succeed…win (‘cause y’all know I’m all about those “W’s” 😜).

Typically both success and winning regarding our careers comes down to the measurement of income.

Great, if that was the baseline for success, I hit my 3 year business goal in 3 months regarding MRR.

Something was still missing one year into being an entrepreneur. The passion wasn’t there the way I desired it to be. There were times I forgot why I loved being in the numbers.

I absolutely thrive on fine tuning processes & procedures. Gaining efficiency (and accuracy of course), trouble shooting & brainstorming with my clients.

It’s not about the consulting, knowledge or experience I bring to the table (because that feels like a lot of pressure), but about coming together as a team with my client and getting the W’s.

Q4 of 2023 (1.5 years in), I made some decisions to inform a few clients that I was no longer a great fit for what I felt they needed and the direction they were heading.

Did I show up with everything I had for our time together? 200%

But for one reason or another, something inside me said it was time to shift. To really go after what I wanted.

I was uncertain about whether I’d actually be able to attract my ideal clients, but I knew I was going all in.

By a power much higher than mine, and the partnership w/ @beadisruptur, I’ve replaced every $ I turned away, plus some, by facing the fear of the unknown, going after what I wanted, having faith and showing up as my true/authentic self. (Which is SO liberating) 🙌🏼

Now I get to work with the best of the best in the industry, my favorite industry, and be a tiny piece of leaving a mark across the US!

That, lights my soul on fire.

“Your life is your story, write well, edit often” - and don’t forget your dancin’ shoes.

Being a business owner, or the one responsible for making it happen comes with a lot of pressure.

🔥Pressure to move this way…or that
🔥Pressure to make the decision
🔥Pressure to perform
🔥Pressure to get it right

It’s exhausting, but also incredibly rewarding.

Almost two years into being an entrepreneur myself, and one of the most important things I’ve figured out is having the right people in your corner. People you can trust. People that believe in you. People that can be honest with you.

Do life together with people you trust, whether that’s personal or professional. Don’t shortchange yourself.

I don’t know about you, but I want my relationship anthem sounding a little like this

“All I wanna do, is see you WIN, WIN, WIN – no matter what.”
