Today’s Pilates hit a little different. 🥹

First, I just want to say thank you SO much to all my friends who came out to celebrate me during such a difficult time. Having all my Hot Pilates baddies together for my uterus eviction party meant more to me than y’all know.

I’m so grateful to have such an amazing support system walking into this next chapter. I love and appreciate every single one of you more than you know. 🫶🏽🥹💕

30 on the 30th. ✨

Feeling blessed, loved, and over the moon. I am overwhelmed with gratitude today — for the love surrounding me, the lessons behind me, and everything ahead.

Thank you God for it all.
