Living with Type 1 diabetes is a full-time job. It’s every hour, every meal, every night, every low, every high, every decision.

I refuse to let diabetes limit my life, but I also refuse to pretend it doesn’t make life harder.

Lately, I’ve been struggling with my blood sugars and it’s taken a toll on me. Some days require more strength than anyone sees. SO, I’m giving myself credit for showing up, moving my body, and doing my best.

Thank you to @freestylediabetes for my CGM and helping me lighten the load by monitoring my blood sugars around the clock 💙

S/o to @oneractive @krissycela - if I’m going to do all of this, I might as well look good doing it ✨

& thank you @sabrinawiley_ for always teaching the best class, especially when I need it most ❤️
