A song we wrote from the very beginning of our marriage!

Also one of the few songs we have on Spotify, which we recorded live at a creative retreat 🎵

Sometimes underneath a bright and hopeful exterior, there is a quiet pain, sometimes for myself, sometimes for others.
But I’ve come to know the tension of holding both grief and hope at the same time. Wanting to believe, even when something in you aches. This beautiful song that @thats.soe.joyce has written I believe shows this tension so well.

If that’s where you are right now, you’re not alone.
My prayer is that in the middle of your pain, hope would gently find you and that even the smallest light would begin to shine over your situation. 🤍

I know I know I know, you hear this all the time... these little moments are fleeting.

But like they will ACTUALLY fly by… before you know it, they’re too big to scoop up in a cuddle (my 7 year old daughter? I could pick her up if my husband wasn't around and it was an emergency… but wow, she’s getting tall and heavy - all in a good way of course!).

Boy oh boy do you need to capture these precious days while you still can - the hugs, the giggles, the little hands around your neck - they grow up fast.

And that's where I come in! I will put my hand up every single day to capture these moments for you. DM me and let's book a session in. xox Two-year-old boy hugging his mother as they walk through their home during an in-home family photoshoot in Melbourne. surprisingly was able to collate the past year into one post (which took more than 7 HOURS to do hahahah).

what a beautiful, wild and blessed year it has been.

one with new responsibilities & challenges, new friends & old, familiar life & existential wrestles, and a continual renewal of my weary, curious & restless soul in His presence.

a so so very good God and many many beautiful beings to do this life with.

While editing photos, there are always a few images that make me pause, lean back in my chair, and think, "okay… hello". This gallery had so many of those, and this image is absolutely one of them.

I think it’s a mix of things (actually… a lot of things). The movement from the very active two year old, and even though you can’t see his face, you just know he’s smiling. The genuine smiles from a mum and dad who are so in love with their baby. The touch and connection between the family. The crooked, non-traditional angle, the slight blur, the colouring.

Basically… everything. I keep finding reasons to look at it again, and I just love it.

What people don’t realise is… it all starts in a living room. 🕊️No fancy lighting. No staging. Just hearts wanting to worship God. 💛

Every song, every video begins with us gathered — lifting our voices to the Lord. Our prayer is that through what we create, you’d experience the same heart, joy, and hope we feel in those quiet moments of worship.

May it bless you as much as it’s blessed us. 🙏✨

Would you like hear more??? 👀🎶

To celebrate 3 months of my most recent release, I’m beyond excited to announce a LIVE COLLAB of ‘Only You Satisfy’ with the amazing @thats.soe.joyce and @danielsoemusic dropping on YouTube THIS SATURDAY!!

Joyce and I connected through social media after seeing @willliamting and my collabs. We caught up one day and realised our life journeys had so many parallels! From travelling to heartbreak, to realising that only Jesus truly satisfies the needs of our hearts… and then both marrying Youth Directors 🤣 - I remember going ‘are we the same person?’.

This collab was more than just music, it was a privilege to create with people who genuinely long to share the love of Christ in a real, honest and vulnerable way. Also these guys are crazy talents, if you haven’t already, check them out on Spotify!!

Can’t wait for ya’ll to hear what we have made together ❤️. Stay tuned!!
