First training session with @thats.sofitness . RyLeigh had such a great time and is very excited for her summer training! She is working on strength, injury prevention and over all fitness. RyLeigh’s goal is to have an awesome summer “Glow Up” and I am sure she is going to get it with all the work she is going to be putting in.💪❤️👟

This season of life is requiring a lot of intention and care. It’s the commutative of little things that make the big differences. I’m down 20 pounds and here’s “Kool-Aid” that helped me get there. These along with cleaning up my diet and spending time in the gym are part of my routine. I love talking about this stuff so ask me anything. I have codes for a few of these products, you can find those in my LinkTree in bio or DM me and I’ll send them over. 🫶🏻

OK, ANNOUNCEMENT EVERYBODY ✨⬇️

Nobody’s allowed to feel bummed about my accident anymore (surfing was the last “bandaid” to rip off out of nervousness about anything hitting my nose). BUT. We have ripped off all the bandaids, we have done the victory lap, we choose life over fear again and again and again.

SHE BACK, BABY!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I love these women and I love surfing and I’m so grateful for LIFE. Those baby waves didn’t know what hit em tonight and there has neeeeeeever in the history of surfing ever been more hootin’ & hollerin’ in the water before 😂🙌😍

…A full day of women in business who decided to level up how they show their face on social media… I’m a big fan of women who show up for themselves… if you need to elevate your business portraits, I would love to hear from you! Let’s capture “headshots” you’re proud of!

POV: It’s time for your spray tan appointment and you’re walking in like 💁‍♀️✨

“Forever your girl…” but make it forever your glow.

When that flawless, sun-kissed tan hits just right and you already know you’re about to feel that confident. At Purely Golden Tans, we don’t just tan — we set the tone for your whole week.

Ready to be forever golden?
