“If we haven’t met yet, this feels like the perfect introduction. 👋

I’m Federica, founder of The Executive Edit. @the.executive.edit

I help founders and small business owners bring structure to the behind-the-scenes of their business, whether that’s managing inboxes and diaries, improving processes, keeping client communication running smoothly, or simply making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Before starting my business, I spent almost 10 years supporting leadership teams in fast-paced environments. That experience taught me that great support isn’t just about completing tasks. It’s about thinking ahead, staying organised, and creating systems that help a business run better.

If you’ve ever found yourself saying:
“I’ll just do it myself.”
“I’ll deal with that later.”
“I know I need more structure...”

...you’re probably exactly who I work with. “

Hello 👋 I’m Federica, the founder and Virtual Assistant behind The Executive Edit — a virtual support studio created to give business owners the structure, clarity, and calm they need to grow with confidence.

After years of supporting founders, executives, and fast-paced businesses behind the scenes, I knew I wanted to create something of my own — a space where I could bring together everything I’ve learned and use it in a more meaningful, personal way.

The Executive Edit was built from that vision: to offer thoughtful, reliable support that doesn’t just manage your workload, but truly supports the way you work.

I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and founders who feel stuck in the day-to-day admin of their business and are ready to step back into their role as the visionary. From inbox and diary management to social media support and office management, my role is to take the pressure off, keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, and give you the headspace to focus on growing what you’ve built.

I’m naturally organised, solution-focused, and deeply supportive. I love taking messy, overwhelming systems and turning them into something clear, calm, and easy to manage. You don’t need to have everything figured out — you simply tell me what you need, and I’ll find the best way to get you there.

With The Executive Edit, you’re not just hiring a Virtual Assistant — you’re gaining a calm, reliable partner who cares about your business as much as you do.

We don’t give ourselves enough credit.
We rush. We work. We try.
And somehow… we forget to celebrate the things we did do.

So today at SOS Social Media Club monthly meetup, we made our 2025 Accomplishment Cake: a reminder that every woman in this room has grown, shifted, created, survived, learned, and showed up in ways she doesn’t even realise.

And you?
You did more in 2025 than you think too.
Pause. Look back. You’ll see it ❤️

What’s one thing you’re proud of from this year?
Big or small, we want to celebrate with you 🎉
Because when women share their wins, something magical happens… we lift each other higher ✨

2026, we’re coming for you.
And we’re coming together ✨

You loved Federica in our This or That, now get inspired by her story. @the.executive.edit
A London-based executive support specialist helping small business owners run smoothly and grow with clarity.

In this episode, Federica shares how redundancy became her turning point, the moment she chose to rebuild her confidence and create a business that supports others to do the same. From taking time-stealing tasks off her clients’ plates to showing up outside her comfort zone every day, her journey is proof that structure creates freedom.

💛 Her message is simple: stay organised, stay consistent, and trust that the right clients will find you when you do.

We built visibility one post, one edit, and one share at a time.
Because here at SOS Club, we don’t just talk about content, we create it.
We film, post, plan, and grow side by side… and kicking the algorithm together ✨
Every woman here is showing up with her own voice, her own rhythm, her own spark
and leaves with clarity, confidence, and a strategy that feels like her.

💛 This is what happens when women support women:
Courage grows. Visibility rises. The algorithm doesn’t stand a chance.
SOS Instagram Bootcamp is free.
