What exactly is a lymphatic drainage massage? ✨

Your lymphatic system is responsible for moving fluid throughout the body and helping maintain healthy circulation. Unlike your blood, which is pumped by your heart, lymph fluid relies on movement, breathing, and muscle contractions to keep flowing.

A lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle, rhythmic movements to encourage this natural flow. Many people enjoy it for helping with temporary puffiness, feelings of heaviness, and overall relaxation.

Some simple ways to support your lymphatic system daily include staying hydrated, moving your body regularly, practicing deep breathing, and getting quality sleep.

Have you ever had a lymphatic drainage massage? I’d love to hear about your experience! 💆‍♀️✨

This is Rae, owner & founder of @the.houseofspa here in Winnipeg, a mobile wellness company bringing massage, recovery, and spa services directly to you.

Recovery matters too. Whether you’re an athlete, parent, coach, or just constantly on the go, taking care of your body is part of the process.

Join us on November 21st for a restorative multi-healer experience blending sound, touch, and energy to harmonize body and mind for deep relaxation and renewal. 🤍✨

A one-of-a-kind collaboration in sound, touch, and energy.

What began as a spontaneous experiment at our last open house quickly became the most talked about session of the night. Now we’re bringing it back as a full-length immersive experience!

This is not your average sound bath. Four of our incredible Flora Practitioners, including Registered Massage Therapists, traditional healing practitioners, and our resident sound practitioner, come together to create a transformative journey where sound, touch, and energy work in perfect harmony.

As the room fills with frequency, each participant receives personalized attention through hands-on massage, energy work, and grounding touch. The result is a deep nervous system reset that leaves you clear, relaxed, and reconnected.

What to Expect:
A 60-minute guided sound journey with live instruments

Simultaneous hands-on healing from three experienced practitioners

A deeply grounding, heart-opening experience designed to bring you into full-body presence and deep rest

Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional release, or a gentle energetic reset.
