Winnipeg Valentines Self Care Giveaway🌹🤎

I’ve been seeing @the.houseofspa for 7 years now for my massage services. — I absolutely love that they come right to our home, set everything up and we both get a massage without having to schedule a sitter, book time off work or drive anywhere to fit it in.

I put on some relaxing music, turn on my diffuser and I instantly feel ready to completely unwind for the next 60-90 minutes and time just for me.

We were chatting and thought it would be such a special way to spread some love this Valentine’s Day and gift one of you your own 60 minute mobile massage. All you have to do to enter is:

1. Comment below
2. Follow @the.houseofspa + @livingwellwithashley

We will select a winter on Monday February 16, 26.

If you’d like to book your own mobile massage appointment — you can use code ASH30 when booking and save $30 off your first appointment. by @the.houseofspa

Your girlfriend doesn’t want flowers for Valentine’s Day, she wants to relax and reset with her friends. 💆‍♀️

Flowers last a few days, but a retreat with her favourite people? Those memories last a lifetime.

You’ll look like an absolute hero… and we all love that 🤍

Book the Beauty and Bliss Retreat via the link in our bio.

A little reminder that taking care of your body can be supported, too.

Massage is often covered by benefits, which means you can relax now and worry about the details later.

We’ll provide a receipt for reimbursement, all you have to do is get cozy and let us come to you.

Slow down. Breathe deeper. You’ve got benefits for a reason. 🤍

Throwback to our Open House and the incredible local vendors who came out to celebrate the future of Buffalo Run by RWC with us.

This is Rae, owner & founder of @the.houseofspa here in Winnipeg, a mobile wellness company bringing massage, recovery, and spa services directly to you.

Recovery matters too. Whether you’re an athlete, parent, coach, or just constantly on the go, taking care of your body is part of the process.

Thank you Rae for coming out to support Bufalo Run! by @the.houseofspa

For many people in Winnipeg, House of Spa has become part of their routine.

What started as mobile massage has grown into something people rely on regularly. Whether it’s for stress relief, recovery, or simply making time for their health.

We’ve worked with busy professionals, parents, athletes, and people who just need a convenient way to take care of themselves without adding more to their schedule.

That’s why we’ve kept mobile at the core and why we’re now expanding into a physical location to offer even more options.

Same standard. More access.

Thank you Winnipeg for continuing to support House of Spa 🤍 taken in Osborne Street by @the.houseofspa

✨ Putting yourself first, even when you’re busy ✨

Life gets hectic! With work, kids, errands, appointments… and somehow you end up at the bottom of your own list.
But here’s the thing: taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel like another chore. 💛

That’s why having the massage come straight to you is such a game changer.
No driving across the city.
No rushing to make it on time.
No trying to relax under fluorescent lights.

Just you, in your own space, unwinding without the stress. 🌿

Yes, it’s slightly more than a clinic massage,
but you’re paying for pure convenience, comfort, and the ability to prioritize yourself without adding extra work to your day.
And you deserve that. ✨

Take care of yourself the easy way.
Your body (and your schedule) will thank you. 💆‍♀️💚

✨ Why Mobile Wellness Is a Game-Changer ✨

• Convenience.
Your therapist comes to you. No rushing, no traffic, no extra brainpower needed.

• True relaxation starts before the massage.
Removing the “get to the appointment” stress is one more thing off your to-do list.

• You’ll actually use your insurance benefits.
When it’s easy, you follow through.

• Standing appointments = consistent self-care.
No more forgetting to rebook. Your sessions are already lined up for the year.

• Invest in yourself.
Your future self will thank you for creating space to rest, reset, and reconnect.
There is no better time than now to make your health a priority. #selfcareclub #mobilemassagewinnipeg #healthandwellness #HOS taken in Winnipeg, Manitoba by @the.houseofspa
