A special WWJ meet-up today hosted by the lovely @k8t_jones of @the.innerlightco, who took us through a Shamanic Kundalini Yoga class ✨🫶🏻

We couldn’t film during the session but here’s some BTS from this morning!

What is Shamanic Kundalini Yoga?

A class designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and embodied presence.

Combining Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation and shamanic-inspired practices, this session offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body and inner awareness.

The class encourages gentle exploration, self-trust and integration-leaving you feeling grounded, clearer and more connected.

Thank you @k8t_jones @the.innerlightco & @zone4hove for having us and bringing some of the WWJ girls together! Very grateful for this community🙏🏻❤️

Katie kindly offered this class to us as part of her training so make sure to follow The Inner Light Co for your next session 🤗

Words cannot describe how truly life changing the past 4 days have been. On Saturday morning as the sun began to rise, I taught my 1st ever Shamanic Kundalini Yoga class in the most beautiful space. I’m leaving Ireland with answers, clarity & a deeper understanding of self. Held by the land, by my mentor, by the women who I now call friends, by my ancestors and by both the darkness and the light. My heart is full 🙏🏻 This journey is a special one ✨ I am so grateful to everything that led me here.

And so, on the winter solstice as the silence and stillness run truthful and deep, recognize that as the earth is resting it bestows on you it’s greatest blessing. From the winter comes spring and life once again and from the darkness comes the light. Take ease in these cycles, honest & true. Have faith in the rhythm of nature for you ✨🪽🍂🖤

The Medicine ✨

Today I enter day 18 of my 40 day dedicated shamanic kundalini yoga practice. No skipping. No excuses. Just me, my breath, my devotion.

After two years of going deep into the shadows, peeling back layers, sitting in discomfort, facing everything I once ran from , I finally see it:

Healing isn’t just found in the depths. It’s found in the return. You can’t just purge. You have to rebuild.

Regulating my nervous system through movement, breath, sound, and sacred discipline has become the real medicine.
Not as a quick fix, but as a daily commitment to safety, softness, and sovereignty within my own body. 🧘‍♀️

What once felt like chaos now feels like guidance. It was all bringing me home 🙏🏻

I can’t wait to offer this magic to you all very soon ✨
