Last minute lady’s & self isolation besties that deeply need support or to be witnessed there’s a little something to play for. 👀

At the end of HELD., one woman will have the chance to win a HELD. 1:1 package, with sessions from some of our hosts.

There will be a couple of ways to get yourself into the draw. You can earn entries by showing up live to all our calls and by sharing HELD.

or your experience inside the container on your socials and tagging the hosts.

You might share something that resonated with you, a moment from a call, what you’re taking away from the experience or simply let your people know what you’re part of.
We’ll share the full details of how the entries work inside the group chat so everyone knows exactly how to participate.

Lastly, we just want to say this:
You don’t need to come into HELD. knowing exactly what you want to heal.
You don’t need to know what your next chapter looks like.
You don’t need to have it all together.
Maybe you’re in a huge season of change. Maybe you’re questioning everything. Maybe you’re feeling really clear. Maybe you’re completely unsure.
All of it belongs here.
We’re so excited to meet you, hear your stories, share the room with you and see what unfolds over these next six weeks.
Welcome to HELD.
We’re so glad you’re here. 🤍
With love,
Christina, Emma, Kat, Chan, Ash + Narelle

Meet the dear women that held me & now I get to bring them together to hold you 🪐

We begin TOMORROW so grab your spot & remember recordings are available too 3PM WA 6PM EST 5:30 SA 5PM QLD

There’s no world where I ever thought I’d be able to bring together all of the women who pieced me back together into authenticity after motherhood let alone that they could all be free in the same month - this is not a space of more learning or pressure it’s a space for the identity shift, the mothers, the career shifters, the fellow idolaters, the almost there but something is missing, the women in business solo, the solo mothers, the so far in the dark I’m not sure there’s light anymore women and everything in between because every season fits here and every version of us gets to exist here too.

We have a surprise giveaway we will be sharing on our first live call for anyone sharing held on socials/attending live/bringing a friend and we have priced the entire 6 weeks lower than any one session with payment plan options because we want this to be reachable for EVERYONE because we NEED this right now we NEED eachother.

Be in virtual village connect with other attendees to find out who’s local because although I’m so excited for what you will gain from these medicine women facilitators the other women joining all bring something to teach you too.

Grab your space today through bio or reach out to via message

Your worth the time your making for yourself & we can’t wait to do this with you.

& Thankyou if your sharing our space with your community 🥹 it means the world 🌍 see you soon 🪐

HELD | in the room with the village.

A 6-week collaborative container for women in the middle of an identity shift craving deeper conversation, real connection
and more village.

There have been seasons of my life where everything felt
dark, uncertain and unfamiliar.

Where layers were shedding and it felt less like a transformation and more like a death and rebirth moving away from one version of myself and slowly moving closer to
another.

And honestly, those seasons can be incredibly isolating.

Because sometimes becoming someone new also means being misunderstood. Outgrowing relationships.

Shedding parts of the life, identity and people that once felt like home. And this is where outsourcing becomes magical & a privilege we must lean into when the voice gets loud that we must
figure it out alone.

Now I’m sharing my magic medicine women with all of you.

The women who bridged the gap between who I was and
where I was going. Women who held me, nourished me, challenged me and changed me. Pieces of them became pieces of me, altering my DNA, my perspective and ultimately who I was becoming
and yet more myself than ever before. I am who I am today because of the women who held me
through those spaces.

HELD. is an invitation to create more of that.

For the woman who knows she isn’t meant to do this next
chapter alone.
For the woman shedding an old identity.
For the woman who refuses to fit herself into one box. For the woman ready to be witnessed, supported and
expanded by other women.

No boxes. No fixing. No doing it all alone.

Hosted by

Christina Walpole,
Emma Goodfellow,
Ash Bravery
& Narelle Blacket
& 2 tbc masters in their fields

Commencing October 6th
Tuesdays | 4pm WA / 6pm TAS via zoom
$222 or $111 with a friend
Come as you are. Leave with more of you.

A full day of poetry performances with @wapoets and then onto @kj.stone_ studio. She made my new mug (if my kids didn’t keep breaking my beloved ceramic mugs I’d have a really epic collection at this point). And her new poetry book. I love creatives & people who can see a micro moment and turn it into art 😍😍✨

“Being a stay-at-home mum isn’t a real job.”

Okay babe 😂

Then why does replacing her require a cleaner, nanny, cook, nurse, personal assistant, chauffeur, household manager and about 47 fucking browser tabs running simultaneously... on high speed wifi?

Funny how it’s “just being a mum” when she does it for free…

…but the second you have to outsource the shit she does every single day, suddenly everyone wants an hourly rate.

And that’s before we put a price on the invisible shit!!

Remembering the appointments.
The extracurriculars. The birthday parties.
Knowing when the uniforms need washing.
Keeping track of who needs what and when.
The school shit. The food shit. The emotional shit.
Being the person everyone calls when something goes sideways.

So no, I’m not interested in hearing that stay-at-home mums “don’t work.”

They work. They’re just not fucking paid for it.

Tag a mum whose unpaid salary would bankrupt the household 💅🏼
