VENUE TOUR CHECKLIST✨
These are the questions that help you look beyond the first impression and find the venue that truly fits your day:

1. What is the real guest capacity?
BRIK can host up to 300 seated guests with room for a dance floor, though that guest count will feel cozy. For a little more breathing room throughout the evening, we recommend closer to 200 guests.

2. What is included in the rental?
Your rental includes exclusive use of the entire building, along with tables, chairs, bars, cocktail tables, decorative tables, event setup, security, concierge service, an event host, parking, and event insurance. Nothing you must add on unless you want to take advantage of any of our upgrades (post coming soon). 😊

3. Can we bring in our own vendors?
Absolutely. BRIK is an open-vendor venue. The only required vendor category is bar service, which must be selected from our approved bar options. We do not charge outside-vendor fees for vendors not on our list.

4. Do we need a planner or coordinator?
Yes. Every BRIK wedding needs a planner or month-of coordinator to manage the timeline, vendors, and flow of the day. If you choose to forgo this support, a signed waiver is required.

5. What about parking?
We have a private 60-space parking lot directly in front of BRIK, plus unrestricted street parking nearby. Because the venue is tucked away from heavier traffic, guest arrival is easy and low-stress.

6. How much time do we have in the space?
Every rental includes 10 hours of access, and you choose the start and end time. Additional hours may be added.

7. Where can we take photos?
Everywhere. From the ivy wall and graffiti wall to the open courtyard and historic industrial interiors and even the rooftop!

8. What is the actual cost for our specific date?
Pricing varies by date, season, and the upgrades you choose. The ONLY additional fee would be if you choose to pay by card or ACH - these will incur a 3.5% processing fee (avoid this with a cash or check payment). No tax, no service charge and no damage deposit.

9. Does the price include insurance?
Yes—event insurance is included in your rental.

Layered olive tones, sculptural florals, soft neutrals and the dreamiest garden-inspired details transformed the space into something that felt both organic and completely elevated. From the custom seating display to those statement pendants and every thoughtfully styled tablescape, no detail existed on its own—it was all part of the story.

Proof that a cohesive design doesn’t mean everything has to match. It means everything belongs. 🤍

Planning a celebration that feels distinctly yours? Let’s create it.
