✨ Tonight I was at the Heidi 2 launch in Port Melbourne, and I’m still buzzing!✨

One of the best things about being a speechie? We never stop learning. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how fast the world is changing, and how our profession needs to change with it.

✈️ On my flight to Europe in June this year, I ended up sitting next to someone from Heidi Health. By the time we landed, he’d shown me how Heidi could support me as I set up my own speech pathology practice as a sole trader. I went home curious, started digging, and discovered that GPs and allied health professionals everywhere are already using it.

Speechies, this is a GAME CHANGER. 🙌

📝 Hours of note-writing, gone.
💬 More time and energy for the thing we actually love: our clients.
🚗 Perfect for mobile therapists juggling sessions across town.
💼 A must for sole traders wearing every hat in the business.

This is the future of our profession, and it’s already here - and it was founded by a Melburnian!! The best clinicians keep learning, keep growing, and keep moving forward, and Heidi makes that so much easier.

If you’re a mobile speechie or a sole trader, I can’t recommend Heidi highly enough. 💜

P.S. The night got even better when I bumped into the best vet in Melbourne, the wonderful Caitlin Blake-lane! 🐾 What a treat! @the.longevity.vet

It was the vet version of a marathon yesterday blood testing 250 dogs in 7 hours. We were definitely reaching for a drink of Coke at the end of the day Alex! @the_power_of_possibility

Millie’s big day 🐾✨

Off to get Millie’s very first titre test done 💉🧬 — because every dog is different, so we test, we don’t guess.

It was so lovely meeting Dr Will, and after being such a brave girl, Millie made sure to collect every cuddle she could get from him 🤍

Titre testing is modern, evidence-based medicine. It allows us to make informed, individual decisions — not blanket ones.

This is about better care. Better science. Better outcomes.

Here’s to personalised care and making the best decisions for our girl 🤍
