2nd season, 3rd show, 1st national stage.

So much to unpack from this season. New lessons learned, old lessons resurfaced. This has by far been the most challenging time living within my own mind.
From trying to pull out at 10 weeks out, questioning every day if I was going to make it to the stage, to placing 5th and destroying my physique from only 5 months earlier.

If you ask me if I’m ‘happy’ with the outcome, I’ll tell you no. I’m not happy, I’m grateful. I’m greatful that I had the right people in my corner when I wanted to give up. I’m grateful for the lessons learned. I’m grateful that I proved myself wrong. I’m grateful I was able to find myself again and push to create the physique I brought, but I’m not happy with the ‘package’.
What I’m not happy with is the mindset I carried this season, with the negative self talk and self doubt. I’m not happy with some of the decisions I made. I sure as hell am grateful for it though.

Growth does not happen in a comfortable space. All of this was necessary for me to take that step to the next level.

2027 better brace its self. We aren’t just brining a better physique, but a better all around package.

This has been my best season so far.

For the first time in my career, I truly felt like I was fighting for that Pro Card after winning my class. We came into this show with some crazy improvements, a fuller, more complete look, and a physique that I’m genuinely proud of. What meant even more to me was hearing from so many people in the crowd, coaches, and people I respect in this sport who noticed something different about my physique and told me how much they liked my shape and overall look. That gave me a lot of confidence and made me even more proud of what we brought.

Huge thank you to my coach, @the.mexecutioner , for everything you’ve done for me this season. The improvements we made together were next level, and I know we’re nowhere near done yet.

I’m proud of what we accomplished, but I’m still hungry.

Also, big Thanks to my friend @mynd.mvmnt for taking the time over the last five weeks to work with me on my posing and help me fine-tune the details. I really appreciate you putting in the time and helping me bring a better package to the stage, brother!

I’ll be back next year bigger, better, and even more complete. I’m coming for that Pro Card, and I promise you. I’m not stopping until I get it.
