My account is 1 year old today!! 🥰🥳

Tagged just some of the amazing women who have inspired me 🙌❤️❤️

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me on this account over the last year ❤️

Although it’s just a small Instagram account, I have learnt so much and grown as a person through having such a lovely community and connecting with amazing people. 🙌

It’s so lovely to find a community for fitness/ mental health that represents a healthy relationship with food and exercise. I can’t even imagine how much this would have helped me when I was really suffering a few years ago.

I have come such a long way in terms of my relationship with food/ exercise over the last year so I just want to say thank you to everyone who has shared my posts or supported me in anyway, and I really hope this has been helpful for you guys too ❤️❤️❤️

Many more posts on the way😊🥳

GLUTES - LOWER BODY WORKOUT! 🍑 This one is actually pretty low key. I think I went to light on weight so I didn’t get the best out of it but I bet if you use the weight you’re used too or even increase by a couple lbs this one will be FIRE🔥🥵⠀
⠀
This was filmed last week. I was eating out A LOT. So looking back at this I’m like I really don’t like how my body looks here. My stomach was not happy with me and it shows. BUT, its ok. I’m not going to let a bloated tummy stop me from working out or posting my workout here🙃⠀

CHEST & ABS. Save for your next upper body workout📌 ⠀
⠀
This workout is always my last workout of the week. It’s one I admittedly skip often so I’ve been working really hard to stop making excuses for missing it. The chest is a super important muscle group that should not be neglected. ⠀
⠀
We all know or have heard or even thought of myths like “My boobs will get smaller, chest training is for men, women don’t need strong chest muscles.” These are all FALSE.⠀
⠀
Training the chest actually results in a bigger and perkier chest. Not a smaller one. In fact, training chest will give the illusion of bigger boobs without actually having them. Which I think is a WIN in my book. Hah😉⠀
⠀
Any kind of “push” movement i.e pushing a door open is strengthening your chest. So the stronger your chest muscles get the heavier you’re able to lift in your push workouts. Resulting in bigger gains💪🏼⠀
⠀
Here it is:⠀
⠀
Outward fly 10 x 3⠀
-⠀
SUPERSET ⬇️⠀
Flys 10 x 3⠀
Front extension 10 x 3⠀
-⠀
Bent fly 10 x 3⠀
Seated punches 10 x 3 each arm ⠀
Push ups on a bench 7 x 3⠀
In n out crushes 15 x 3

Hey guys! I wanted to do a little bit of a different post today! There are soo many amazing accounts on Instagram and these have really been helpful to me the last few weeks and I’m sure you’d love them too! 💕

I will definitely do more posts like this in the future, it’s so important we support each other right now!🌟💕👏

Here are some of the many accounts I’ve been loving😍

@katenoel__ - finding Kate’s YouTube channel and insta page was one of the things which really inspired me to change my relationship with food. She has some incredible videos/ posts about the benefits of weight gain, how to make the first steps to recovery and just general mental health and lifestyle tips! She also has a podcast which is so informative and relaxing❤️I am so grateful to her for inspiring me and so many others 💕

@millyg_fit - I discovered Milly’s page recently and I honestly love it! She has some amazing posts spreading awareness about the danger of diet culture and the importance of fuelling our bodies to achieve our fitness goals ! Her posts have really helped me when I’ve been doubting myself and she’s smashing it!! 💕💕🥰

@thetummydiaries - Honestly Lottie’s page has helped me so much! Her page empowers us to embrace our bodies and she has some amazing help and advice for IBS/ bloating which is really common after restrictive eating. Her posts are so important and remind us of how we should not compare ourselves and love our bodies and what they do for us! 🌟

I wish I could add more but the caption won’t let me 😢comment any of your favourite accounts!❤️👏🌟
