I’ve been feeling a little bit lost goal-wise after the photoshoot so giving myself some new things to do for June so I’m not just floating around.

Turns out I work better when I have an extrinsic goal so just figuring out what that’s going to be 😆

Too many times I’ve heard “but I don’t want to get bulky”, like girl, I’ve purposely tried to get bulky and still haven’t looked it, so I think you’ll be fine 🤪

When the hard work starts paying off 🙌🏻

Losing weight isn’t difficult, it’s just boring and depressing lol. However when you actually stick to the plan, all that boredom and depression actually turns into gratitude because you’ve pushed yourself past your limiting beliefs - which I believe anyone can do.

Sometimes all it takes is a bit of patience. If I looked at probably 3/4s of these pictures, i’d want to give up, and then boom, right at the last few you can actually see those reaaal changes. 12 weeks is all it takes ⏰
