Thank you.

Thank you.

You know at the end of a concert, when you get into your car and it's quiet and your ears are still buzzing from the sound?

That's what it felt like last night after day two of The First Annual Homegrown Short Film Showcase. It wasn't from the noise, it was from the feeling of having put 12 months into something that was such an incredible success!

It was imperfect. It was scrappy. It was my first time.

But with all the love I felt from everyone who showed up, I can't help but feel that we started something.

We started a movement based on community, compassion, support and love.

I'm going to sleep for a bit. But when I re-emerge, I have so many people to thank.
