Where do I even start? What an incredible, inspiring and challenging year it has been completing my research project at the @southerncrossuni under the guidance of Dr Eric Brymer. 👩🏼‍🎓 “How does freediving impact psychological wellbeing? A phenomenological investigation.” I would like to take a moment to thank everyone involved, my wonderful academic supervisor, the participants of the study, my friends and family as well as my freediving colleagues from @curiousblue__ @pressureproject and @theunderwaterculture who offered a helping hand, resources and words of encouragement. 📖 It’s my first little step towards exploring, documenting and sharing the impact freediving has on mental health and psychological wellbeing.
