World-class talent doesn't just show up anywhere 🌎🔥

When elite athletes roll through town ahead of the big stage, this is how they put in work. Absolute intensity inside these walls.

And that’s a wrap on ⭕️lympia weekend ✨

What an incredible weekend! From reuniting with friends and fellow competitors, to having the privilege of being backstage to help with the inspiring Wheelchair Division, and witnessing history as the first-ever Fit Model athletes stepped onto the Olympia stage.

So many special moments and memories from this weekend!

One of my favorite parts of this sport will always be the people. 🤍

This past season brought so many incredible people into my life… some who started as strangers and ended up becoming genuine friends. It’s an absolute honor to share the stage and stand amongst the top 1% of athletes — people I’ve always admired and looked up to as an amateur — and to now know that I belong amongst them. 🥹😍😌

Feeling extra grateful, and my cup extra full. 🫶🏼✨

New York, you did it again. 🗽❤️

I came for Broadway and somehow ended up with incredible meals, ridiculous amounts of laughter, old friends, new friends, subway adventures, more walking than any human being should reasonably agree to, and some pretty unforgettable nights.

There’s something about this city. Every time I leave, I’m exhausted, overfed, slightly broke… and already figuring out when I can come back.

Here’s to the people who made this trip so damn special. ❤️ More to come!! Stick around to see the big surprises this week!

One of my favorite parts about competing is all the amazing people I’ve met along the way. 🥹🤍

We can be competitors, want to win, and still support each other, admire each other, and genuinely celebrate each other’s wins. ✨

I wish I had taken more pictures and videos with so many amazing girls who have also made this season so special. 🫶🏼

At the end of the day, placings and trophies come and go, but the friendships and memories stay with you. 🤍

What an incredible weekend at the Nashville Fit Show! 💙✨

For me, the true meaning of competing internationally goes far beyond stepping on stage. It’s about learning, experiencing new things, challenging myself, and most importantly, meeting amazing athletes from different places who share the same passion, dedication, and love for this sport. 🥹💪🏽

I absolutely love this community! Everyone I met was so kind, welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely supportive of one another. There’s something so special about being surrounded by women who are all working hard toward their own dreams, yet still cheering each other on. 🤍

And honestly, this is what bodybuilding should be about ,community, respect, friendship, growth, and inspiring one another to become better. 🫶🏽

Thank you so much, @nashvillefitshow , for an amazing show! Everything was so well organized, and it was such a fun experience being surrounded by all the incredible girls competing. I’m truly grateful for the memories, the new friendships, and everything I learned along the way.

Feeling very blessed to be part of this journey. Until the next one! 💙✨🙏🏼

@kristenreilly_ifbbpro has honestly made such huge improvements this season and looks so beautiful on stage

@emily_reber came back stronger this show and looked incredible

@myragolloso has been one of my fave Fit Model looks from the start, great balance for fit model and always commands the stage

BUZZZZZZING for @feliciathebeast to get 3rd! I knew she could make top 5 this time!!!! So impressed with how she improves show to show

Nashville predictions

22 athletes this weekend! Very competitive line up, any of them could make top 5!

I think between @faith.gbds and @myragolloso for gold. Faith consistently improves each show and is perfect fit model representation. Was great to see @myragolloso back on stage, shes been one of my fave since Japan- her feedback was her conditioning was on point so just a few posing tweaks. Would love to see both of these at the Olympia ❤️

@casey.samsel is on the list which is mega exciting! Cant wait to see her fit model look!!!

@kristenreilly_ifbbpro improves each show and made 5th in Tampa with feedback to come in softer in glutes. Im sure she will be top 5 again!

@haydennmccall and @feliciathebeast are both doing amazing in their first pro season and id love to see them in top 5

@bellafitness4life has been working on feedback and i cant wait to see her look

My ones to watch are @mellydlifestyle bringing an AMAZING look judging by her stories and @sofia.ifbbpro simply stunning!

Good luck and have fun girls

And just a mini disclaimer - i think all the girls are INCREDIBLE- any of them could win and i cannot wait to watch the show ❤️❤️❤️❤️
