POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Rookie season, wrapped. My best fit model look we’ve brought yet.

Two years ago I was running a startup - no athletic background, a lifetime of sedentary desk work. I remember when 10k steps sounded like corporal punishment. Since then: a pro card, four pro shows, and a season spent managing pain, training around an injury, and correcting bad habits while building on top of them.

Lessons learnt: This sport runs on a long clock. What shows up on stage has to be decided months earlier, and pro status is really earned in how you treat your off-season, not the day you win a qualifier. The only metric I’m chasing now is rate of change.

I’m an engineer, so honestly this is the fun part. The body as a race car - maintenance, experiments, small innovations, and a lot of planning.

Building properly this time. The experiments continue, just off-stage for a while.

IFBB Pro as of Nov 2025. India’s first in the Fit Model division. Proud to be one of very few Indian pros 🇮🇳

I’m drawn to bodybuilding because your entire lifestyle shows up on stage - training, nutrition, recovery, even stress patterns. Everything compounds.

Started lifting at 21 after hitting a low of 78 lbs. Spent my 20s building strength through calisthenics and powerlifting. Still correcting debt from years of sedentary work, eating disorders, and postural dysfunction from my background in engineering and entrepreneurship. Decided to compete at 31.

Started prep in May planning to do one regional show, just wanted to see if I’d like it. Placed 2nd in my debut, kept going. 2 International shows later in a span of 7 weeks, I earned professional status in my hometown of Mumbai at the Olympia Amateur! 🏆

Learning to get comfortable with discomfort 💪

Currently in off-season working through judge feedback, injury recovery, and hormones. Pro debut coming up soon! ✨

Athletes in different forms, around the world. Last month: the Olympia & Cirque du Soleil in Vegas, and the Royal Ballet in London.

Always looking for inspiration from people who move exceptionally well. Any suggestions for my next show? taken in Royal Ballet And Opera by @the.shamster

Olympia Weekend 2026.

This year it crowned the first-ever Ms. Olympia Fit Model. The standard the judges and athletes have set is one I align with and believe in.

Among the athletes I was proudest to meet: @john_ifbbpro_official one of only two Indians to qualify this year, who placed 5th in the Wheelchair division. His path to that stage deserves far more recognition at home than it gets. 🇮🇳

Congratulations to every athlete who competed. I'm leaving Vegas with deeper respect for this community, and more motivation to work towards my turn. taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @the.shamster
