Some days I feel strong and other days I am just very thankful I have someone who pushes me when my motivation seems to be gone

We did probably 100 reps of bench press and then I think one million burpee pull ups.

@the.traynor thanks for keeping me encouraged

An extra long weekend back at home spent with my favorite people. 🤍

Got to stop in for a World Cup game in Atlanta, played & swam & snuggled with my mini besties, then finished off celebrating the Dwyers the best way 💍

My heart is full!

Memorial Day is a day for reflection, and for the third year in a row we have had the pleasure of hosting our community to Honor the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can have our freedoms. ⠀
⠀
It is truly and honor to be able to bring everyone together for such a great cause. Whether you were one of the 90 who completed the murph with us, completed it on your own, or completed it overseas protecting our nation it is an honor to suffer with you. We were able to raise money for @thewarriorwod , A veteran run foundation that brings health and wellness to veterans battling PTSD and TBI. A battle that no one should have to fight alone. If you were unable to partake and want to donate to the cause check out the WarriorWod page. ⠀
⠀
Thank you to everyone that came out for such an amazing day!

Wrapping up our very long and eventful weekend!

My first @thetacticalgames in the books & it was an incredible experience. All thanks to my guy @the.traynor for being my biggest supporter and coach. Couldn’t do any of this without you. Feels good now knowing all of the things we can work on!

Shout out to everyone who supported me and sent me messages of encouragement, that is appreciated more than you know! And a big shout out to all of the competitors and athletes who welcomed me with open arms, yall made the weekend such a great one.

Until next time 🥰
