Authenticity is vital to any leadership program to become a trail blazer you have to know, trust and love yourself before expecting people to follow you.

This a snippet of us brainstorming some ideas around Authenticity. Me & @kay_littlehales_consulting have been discussing for years the importance and benefits of authenticity and why do people idolise those who have it, when we all have the innate and unique individual within us. Me and Kay being from to opposing worlds, we have an amazing connection and it’s because we are exactly who we are, there’s not an anxious moment to put on any mask or act a certain way because she’s from the cooperate world and I’m from the holistic world we are truly rooted in self.

This allows us to weave a new dynamic without dealing with levels of judgment or feeling unworthy, this allows us to create a workshop that could elevate a company or change the paradigm of an individual to be the most dynamic version of themselves, this could even be the push someone needs to start a business, lead in a company or tea or become an innovative trail blazer of this current age.

Unlocking your authentic self may help you in the workforce but also in life itself making you more open minded to new experiences that could benefit you in all facets of your life.

Do you ever feel like you put on a mask at work?

Mega thank you to @kirstyb__x for being an incredible make up artist, hair stylist and sister-in-law! And @kay_littlehales_consulting for hoping us and making my bridesmaids look even more beautiful.

Check your attitude at the door!!

Here we share with you one of the modules we talk about in our leadership fundamentals programme

Attitudes and beliefs of leaders!

Our people can take their cues from you and if their attitudes are left unchecked they have a bigger impact then you might think on the wider team.

This is The Betari box model which is a powerful tool that helps explain how attitudes and behaviour’s are interconnected and can create a cycle of influence.

Whats your thoughts on attitudes and behaviours how do you see the connections in your people and how this influences others!?

Here High Performing Culture (HPC) we want to equip leaders with frameworks that they can practically apply!

What do you think of this one!?

Understand - Inspire - Perform

Whats the role of leadership in all these aspects - How can we engage people if we do t really understand them, their capabilities and how attached they are to your team and organisation?!

How well do we inspire a vision of the future that your teams can relate to? Whose job is it to inspire? How do we ensure the frontline teams are feeling inspired?

What does “good” performance look like In Your teams? How do you measure and feedback and coach teams to great performance?

@kay_littlehales_consulting and @fabsolutionsuk have joined forces to help answer all of the above with a robust leadership development programme that uses insights and micro learning to bring a practical focus to leadership development

🗣️Last week we had the pleasure of inviting @tipitraining down to Wellnergy HQ to host a panel of amazing females, where we discussed a multitude of topics relating to wellness and International Women’s Day.

💜 To spread the word, we’d like to share some of the thoughts of our panel on the topic of struggles that women face in today’s society.

🦋 What do you think? How can we empower each other rather than judge? Make the right choice!
