The Bellingham Embodiment Collective is back to close out the year with some sweet offerings. Brought to you from a breadth of modilties includung Azul Conscious Movement, The 360 Emergence, 5 Rhythms, and Open Floor International, we've been collaborating and are excited to present this line up with a few new twists.

First of all, we have migrated to a new time and location. We will be at the Majestic Ball Room, an ADA accessible space which is located at 1027 N Forest St. We will begin at 7:15pm on Mondays.

Currently we will continue to operate as a donation based organization with a sugested donation of $15-$25. If financial limitations exist, please reach out, as we have lots of opportunities for work trade. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

An introduction of the facilitators and the gifts they are offering to the community will be coming soon, so stay tuned.

As always we want to thank all the beautiful individuals and teachers who have supported us along the way. So much love and gratitude each and everyone who has shown up and inspired us. In addition, much appreciation for Presence Studio for holding us in our birth and emergence.

Dearest Global Family,

You are invited to an online experience of embodied connection and support, where you can acknowledge what is truly alive in your human experience.

Throughout my years of teaching, I have had the privilege to bear witness to the most extreme expressions of the human condition on the dance floor, and everything in between. These polarities and complexities do not discriminate between us. Nor are they often encouraged to be acknowledged in a social setting, at least not for long.

As we each receive the energetic impact from the current (and on-going) global (and local) atrocities, as well as experiencing the full spectrum of living a human life, I believe that it’s vital to have practices to lean into that encourage and support the somatic expression of what we feel.

The 360 Emergence is one such practice and our Sunday Soul offerings are a place to meet ourselves right on the pulse of what is alive within us.

This Sunday, please join my dear colleague Simone Di Castri and I as we share this dynamic and heart warming intentional dance journey with you. Exactly as you are.

Feel what you Feel.
This is a common phrase in The 360 Emergence. And it’s important.

As humanity, both individually and collectively, experiences life in unimaginable ways, to ground, to remain present, to keep that seer eye open as we move with all the emotions, feelings and sensations that emerge in this current reality,
is a path and a practice.

Over the next few weeks there are multiple ways to show up for practice with The 360 Emergence.
