THE CALL
If you are ready to uplevel, deepen + refine your movement practice, The Call is for you.

Five days of a high-level, immersive experience in @the360emergence Movement Practice; weaving the foundational embodiment maps of The 360, anchoring in embodied leadership, supported by extraordinary music, steeped in the sacred, held by ritual.

For some, this will be a profound deepening of personal practice.
For others, it will be the beginning of The 360 Apprenticeship.

Led by @the360.amberryan + Allyssa Rivera- @movingsouls.dmt supported by Louisa Heckett + Rachel Jordana, The Call brings together decades of experience in embodiment, conscious + ecstatic dance, movement practice, DJ Skills- for those turned on by that, and the experience of a transformational experience.

This is an opportunity to enter an experiential training field that is intimate, highly skilled, and rigorous in just the right measure.

And then there is THE MUSIC.

Soundscape Artists @lheckett + Rachel Jordana- @embodimentmedicinewithdrrachel will join us as part of evolving The 360 DJ Program, bringing their artistry into the room and offering hands-on DJ training at both beginning + intermediate levels for those who hear that call.
For those curious about facilitation, those beginning The Apprenticeship, and those already facilitating who want to refine their craft, there will be space to get your body + being recalibrated + your hands on the decks to learn.

Embodiment. Movement
Ceremony. Music.
Land. Practice.
A remarkable circle of humans.

All held within five immersive days on a gorgeous land in the Berkshire Mountains.

The Circle Work is the most advanced body of work within The 360 Emergence.
It is a rigorous and transformative laboratory where embodiment, relational awareness, and leadership converge.

Rooted in the practice of conscious dance, The Circle Work invites a committed group of practitioners into a living field of human exploration, where the individual and the collective meet.

This works asks for courage, responsibility, care and presence.
It asks for honesty.
It asks for the willingness to be changed.
It asks for sacred stamina to be built to hold ourselves and each other in community.
At its core, The Circle Work is a practice of Seership + Leadership.

For the first time, The Circle Work will be held by Amber Ryan, Co-Founder of The 360, alongside Erin Rose Ward, a next-generation Facilitator of The 360 Emergence, whose depth, precision, and care bring a powerful dimension to this practice. Erin’s work centers the courage of being an individual within community,
and the vulnerability and strength required to do so well.

The circle is a powerful geometry.
It reveals.
It organizes.
It includes.
To step into The Circle Work is to step into a field where your presence matters,
and where what you bring has impact.

THE SHADOW COMPASS
A 3-Week Online Series with Amber Ryan + The 360 Emergence

Over the past five years, we have been exploring one of the foundational maps of The 360 Emergence: The Compass, awakening the body as a source of wisdom and intelligence.

This October, as the seasons shift, we turn toward another essential landscape of being human.

The Shadow Compass.

Alongside the inquiries What is before me? What am I cultivating? we ask:

What parts of my humanity are living in the shadows? And how does my shadow influence my direction?

We are not here to fix ourselves.

We are here to get curious about the protective edges, habits, identities, and patterns that have shaped our lives.

What we protect.
What we hide.
What we avoid.
What we repeat.

And the brilliant strategies that once kept us safe but may no longer serve who we are becoming.

Yet not everything in our shadow is something we fear or judge.

Sometimes it’s our joy, waiting to come out and play.

For some, it’s sensuality longing for a seat at the table.

For others, it’s the voice or leadership we have yet to fully inhabit.

Through movement, dance, embodied play, inquiry, and community, we will illuminate these hidden landscapes. Exploring the masks we wear, the stories we tell, and the ways our shadow quietly shapes the direction of our lives.

With curiosity and compassion rather than judgment, we invite what has been hidden to be felt, moved, and integrated.

Not to eliminate parts of ourselves, but to reclaim the life energy they hold.

Because what we bring into awareness, we can begin to cultivate.

Let us come together and light up our internal navigation system as we move through the layers and depths of this Fall Season.

The 360 Emergence is an Evolutionary Free-Form Movement Practice that ignites our present-time awareness and embodied knowing simply by moving and breathing with all that lives in and arises from the body's felt experiences, all to a delicious soundscape curated by yours truly.

This weekend! 🧡✨

Merge & Emerge is a guided movement meditation and freestyle dance experience for BIPOC.

It's a space for authentic self-expression, where we use movement to release trapped emotions, tap into intuition, and work through everything you're experiencing in your mind and body.

The 90-minute sessions take you on a journey that begins with a warm-up and brief guided movement practice, and then builds into freestyle dance to curated music (with me as your DJ!)

You can dance with partners or by yourself; you can move slowly or run around the space.

There are no expectations for how you’re supposed to look. You are free to do whatever you want to do, without judgement.

We wind down with a few moments of introspection and spiritual stillness, and then end with a closing circle where folks can reflect and share about their experience.
