You can have the career, the money, the relationship, the success… and still ask yourself, “Now what?”

We spend so much of our lives believing fulfillment is waiting for us at the next milestone. But what happens when you finally get everything you thought you wanted and still feel like something is missing?

In Episode 5 of The Marcel Jacobs Podcast, psychotherapist Lorena Aminov and I explore why external success doesn’t always create internal fulfillment, and why meaning, purpose, and understanding yourself may be the pieces we’re actually searching for.

Special congratulations to @lorenaaminov & @the99percentt for releasing her guided journal, Turn On Your Light

“Imagine being asked to enter a pitch black room to find 10 specific objects. You’d fumble, bump into walls, stub your toes on unseen obstacles, and after a long, frustrating search, you’d eventually find what you were looking for.

A spiritual person, however, would simply turn on the light.”
