Pilates, pours, and pure Sweatworking energy 🥂✨

One year of Corporate Athlete and y’all showed OUT for Pilates + Prosecco @cibodivinomkt . From the flows on the lawn to the block party vibes after class, this one was special.

Huge shoutout to everyone who pulled up, moved with us, networked, and celebrated community the right way.

A special thank you to our partners and vendors. You all made the day extra special. Here’s to more Sweatworking and connecting the right way!

This right here is what Sweaty & Steady is all about. 💛🏃🏽‍♀️

The 4.0 Crew @the_4.0_crew pulled up and shared exactly why this run club matters camaraderie, motivation, sisterhood, and showing up for each other.

From the warm-up, to the run, to the cheering each other on, every mile is about community.

Sweaty & Steady was created for curvy women, beginner runners, and slow runners who want a space where movement feels encouraging, joyful, and empowering.

“All for one and one for all.” - @the_4.0_crew

If you’ve been looking for a run club that feels like sisterhood instead of competition this is it.

Dallas, come run with us. 💕

Another year Another Hot Chocolate 5k in the books!!! This time felt like I was really back. I didn’t hit my goal but I did hit a PR so I’ll take it. Let’s just say I’ll be chasing that clock.

On another note, I did significantly better than last year. We’re on to something here 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♀️💨

Reindeer Games went exactly how it was supposed to.

Sweat. Laughter. Competition. Community.
Appreciate everyone who pulled up, showed out, and gave back.

Because of y’all, we collected 50+ toys to donate to @childrens this holiday season — proof that movement hits different when it’s tied to purpose.

Special thanks to @polkfit for hosting and leading the workout and @dj.eazye for keeping the holiday vibes going from warm-up to the final whistle.

This is what Sweatworking looks like.
