It’s Pilates Sunday!!! This has become a necessary part of our weekly workout routine. It is a great mixture of strength and stretch. The burn from this workout is insane. We absolutely love it🫶🏽

We have to mention @tracywaw said she was taking it easy on us today and taking it back to basics but we were sweating bullets and hanging on for dear life. Oh and she got a curse word or 2 😝

What started as four women choosing accountability has grown into a true sisterhood built on fitness, friendship, and showing up for each other.

To everyone who came out to celebrate our first anniversary with us—thank you. Your love, support, and presence made the night even more special. We don’t take this community for granted.

To our crew: thank you for every early morning workout, every encouraging word, every laugh, every challenge, and every moment that reminded us why we started this journey.

🇺🇸 We almost sat this one out… and honestly, there were moments we wished we had😂🥵

The @h2tfitness Justice League workout was no joke. The heat was brutal, the workout was grueling, and we’re pretty sure they had a personal vendetta against The 4.0 Crew💀

But somewhere between the sweat, the suffering, and the laughs, we remembered why we keep showing up: the challenge, the community, and the people who make it all worth it.

Huge shoutout to H2T for always opening their doors, creating something special, feeding us, and almost successfully taking us out❤️💪

The Crew pulled up to the Corporate Athlete Sweatworking: Pilates & Prosecco event thinking it was all vibes… and quickly realized Pilates in the Texas sun is a different kind of spiritual experience 😭☀️

But between the laughs, the music, the crew energy, and refusing to let each other tap out, we made it through powered by pure vibes and accountability. 💪🏾✨

Good workouts. Good people. Good energy. And somehow @corporateathletehq always delivers the BEST events, community, and goodies every single time.

Over 40 and still outside building the best version of ourselves… together!!!
